STAFFED BY IMMATURE CHILDREN THAT SPIKE YOUR ORDER SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND VISIT A DIFFERENT LOCATION - READ THE REVIEWS THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN HAVING TROUBLES FOR YEARS! Initially I thought it was just good team banter as the colleagues at this location were communicating over their head sets, but then I noticed it was more than that. Colin took my order and was remarkably swift and got my heavily modified order in one take, I commended him on this, it was a brief moment of bonding and off I went to wait for my order, in no time Colin had my sandwiches ready. Although the driver through had moderate traffic the service was certainly noticeably longer than usual and I managed to finish both sandwiches and was still waiting before my drink to arrived. There was a female with a large bushy ponytail who began making my drink, as she proceeded to make my drink she looked o er at me to see if I was looking, the peach juice was almost out but I noticed it was clearly above the dispenser tap, however, she brought the juice dispenser down and poured it out of my view she had purposely brought it down out of my sight and as she did it she looked over at me to see if I noticed and that is when we both had the epiphany she was up to something and I was aware of it but she still proceeded! All throughout my long wait for my drink all staff members apart from the young lady with the unique eyeliner/makeup were sort of amused by the bushy haired girls antics. The extent of the bushy ponytailed employees behavior extended to her randomly shouting out “🗣️period” randomly in response to something she heard on her headset, this slightly startled me as I was not expecting it. During the encounter I got the feeling I was the but of what was being discussed but couldn’t completely put my finger on it. When my drink was completed the bushy ponytailed girl left it at the edge of the employees side of the counter although I had walked over and as I saw she had completed my drink, my drink was out of reach, away from the area where complete orders are usually left and now it seemed as though all of a sudden no one looked in this direction conveniently, it then got to a stage where the short young lady with the bob style haircut needed something close to where I was and I managed to get her attention. I collected my drink and when to my car. Although I had requested for light ice the portion I got was not enough to sustain a trenter sized cup so I went back in to ask for some ice in a cup. I guess they had seen me approaching and as I came to the counter the entire team was smugly smiling/laughing as I asked the bushy haired girl politely if I could have some ice. She then proceeded to get me ice and put water in the ice, as she was giving it to me I reiterated and she said I thought you said ice water. She emptied it and got me ice and as she did it she had this smug look on her face and the short girl with the bob haircut was looking at my reaction to her colleagues behavior via the drive through screen that they process transactions with like a mirror, it was then I knew for sure what was going on and I ended up throwing my drink away as it dawned on me she could have done anything to my drink, it being extra sweet was the least of my worries! The bushy haired colleague is stunting the profitability of your location! 💸 I visited between 9:28 - 9:58 6/18/24, hour cctv will corroborate my claims👀 it took 30 minutes to get an in-store order of 1 trenter refresher a grilled cheese and a double smoked bacon and egg. You can extrapolate from how much my family and I have ever spent money with Starbucks to get an idea of how much business Starbucks has lost! My family will “never” shop at Starbucks again! Read moreStarbucks employee seemed abusive a older lady wearing braids injured My pinky finger in drive thru did not hand it to me so I can take it placed it in my hand hard and aggressive as the lady was angry its still swollen and in terrible pain 24 hours later if it does not go away going to hospital im a small woman older too maybe she broke it I am from another part of illinois I was there in that area visiting and went through the drive thru I ordered a Americano it's expresso on ice with cream and sugar you put on the side the young lady did not give me something to stir ingredients so I politely and kindly asked for napkin and spoon or straw to stir in the items they gave me the young lady handed me a wooden stir stick with her hands after handling register I told her your handling money and I can't put that in my drink so she went to her manager and I asked nicely for something to stir in so in aggressive and angry manner she handed me a plastic spoon. Wrapped in plastic the stir stick was not in plastic if your handling money at the register the straw or stir stick needs to be in pladyic when handing it to a customer as uncovered would add germs from money so asking for a spoon or straw properly sealed for the customers safety is not unreasonable she placed it hard in my hand that my hand was in pain when I drove away and my right pinky finger is in pain 24 hours later and swelled up I called police if the pain does not go away I'm going to seek medical attention she was training her poorly and no one should be harmed going through...
Read moreI stopped by this Starbucks location thru my drive towards I-55 Northbound and this is my first time on this location Bloomington September 15,2018 at 6:52am. I have purchase Starbucks coffee for so many years at even the most busiest day I always get my order right, as I went back to I-55 I ask my husband to check my coffee a Pumpkin latte shouldn't be too hot and liquidy as he open the lid it was just plain coffee I contact the store immediately I had an appointment 2hrs away and I could not got back for my order to make short story I had spoken to two store managers and as promised to fail on my purchase order of a pumpkin latte I would receive a starbucks gift card. I told them I can send receipt if they like. I love Starbucks and I am very disappointed of how nothing has arrived at my mail. Is already October 18,2018. Customer service is totally not your priority. I do plan to contact corporate office about this matter not for the coffee but because your quality of coffee should reflect on customer service as well, like other locations. Contacting you more than 5 times doesn't show patience and time?.I really don't think you are more busy that a downtown Chicago...
