Subway — Restaurant in Bloomington

I was in bought 3 ft long sandwiches 2 ITALIAN BMT, 1 COLD CUT. I asked for the Italian bmt sandwiches to be cut in half, (thinking they followed my requesst,request, bc I bought them for someone else, dropped them off at they're house and drove home). I asked they cut the cold cut sandwich in 4, I assumed they did, while I went got a drink and bag of chips. So I get home I open the sandwich, unwrap it to the inside wrapping go to pick up 1 quarter of sandwich and the whole thing as I picked it up just fell into slop all over the floor because the sandwich was cut only barely on top of bread and not cut all the way through sandwich making 4 individual pieces, still one piece of Italian loaf with everything inside they had made all over my carpet n sandwich had mayo and mustard on it so yeah that'd now in my carpet. It's 7:55pm they are open till 9pm so I call them to tell of this fiasco because of their incompetentce, phone just rang tilling hung up one on me no one would answer. So I called 7 more times and each time call was not answered and I was hung up on. So now after16hr shift I hvno dinner. Thanks guys at Subway South Mainstreet Bloomington Illinois 61701. I am so disappointed and discussed of the shotty no work ethic at this Subway Sandwich shop. Can not even use a knife correctly to cut a Sandwich in half or quarters, seems it was to much work for them. Would love to talk with owner about their employees and my experience IF ONLY someone would answer phone. Oh and since when did a cold cut sandwich come with only 2 very thin slice of bologna? Used to be different...

Went in about 2:00pm today, ordered the sub of the day which was the Italian. I was charged $7.99 for the sub of the day combo, the menu says $6.99 along with the add on the window. I asked the cashier why, and the manager immediately turned around and said “We’ll the prices went up” I didn’t argue it, it’s only a dollar, but also false advertisement or employees not ringing items up correctly and not knowing the prices of their menu. On my way out, the manager saw me snap a photo of the advertisement on the window, (yes my intention was to report this) once in my car(windows down) she runs out, pokes her head in my window and drops a dollar on my passenger seat and says to me “here you go sir” I replied, “no thank you I don’t need your dollar”. How insulting and unprofessional of her the way she handled this. This location is in need of good customer service as well as maintaining consistency when ringing up items. My bill was $20.00 for the same order I purchased Sunday night ( two combos) for around $15.00. I believe Sunday I was under charged and today was over charged. This place needs...

I payed with a 20 dollar bill and my meal came out to be 9.96 , so in change I would get back 10 dollars 4 cents , only for the extremely rude employee to tell me she punched my 20 in as a 10 dollar bill and tried to hand me 4 cents in change . I politely explained to the lady I handed her 20 dollars and were was my other 10 bucks in change . She acted extremely weird and suspicious then proceeded to go to the back and hide while calling her manager to then come back out and tell me if her manager counts the drawer and it’s over , I can get my money back . Unbelievable. And my food was messed up anyway I asked for shreddded mozzarella and she put American shredded cheese on my sandwich 🤦just...
