Plainly put, save your money and time- DO. NOT. EAT. HERE! We were faithful customers prior to the pandemic, up until about 2021 when we ordered sushi from their Blue Hill location. (2) separate times we received big black thick hair INSIDE the rolls of the sushi we had ordered. On the second time (assuming the first time was a genuine mistake) I reached out via Facebook messenger, I was met with resistance and doubt from the owner as to the validity of my concern-as if it were a fabricated story, even going as far as implicating that my family was at fault (see pictures). So we paused, we gave them a break, we realized the stressors of running a restaurant during Covid were unprecedented. Fast forward to our first time back 6/29/2025, trying to support a local business. We placed a takeout order at 4:20P, 20 minutes after they opened, and scheduled a pickup for 5:15p, 55 minutes to prepare an $85 dollar order. Upon arrival the only hostess/waitress/do all employee stated: "our computers have been 'messed up' we never got your order" which we all know is code for: 'you didn't attach a 25% tip to your takeout order'. I genuinely believe my takeout order was deliberately 86'd because I didn't attach a minimum 15% tip to my takeout order (had cash in my pocket, and fully planning on tipping their tip jar upon pickup). It's 2025, ordering takeout food should be painless, my last experience was not, and exactly...

Food was pretty good. Fried rice was delicious. We got the appetizers for 3 people and it was good. However as we were finishing it another order came out. Food took a very long time. Seemed like there was confusion with the order and a manger was not involved with the customer to remedy it which left a few teens trying to resolve. It just made all involved feel bad and confused. You could tell the waitress probably got in trouble which then changed the mood of the meal and made us feel bad for her. She was super nice, did a good job and was friendly.

My main issue with the place was the bathroom. It has small old and dingy plush household bathroom rugs in it. They were old, they were wet, and even worse smelled like old pee. It was really gross. I have three kids, they need to go to the bathroom 8000 times every single meal so I had to visit these nasty smelly carpets filled with toilet water and pee more times than I want to admit. To the restaurant: Please ditch them, fix whatever plumbing issue concerns you, and move on from them for better...

It’s hit or miss with this place. Every once in a while I’m not disappointed. Today I ordered their “specialty” orange chicken online. These are pictures of what I thought I ordered and what I actually received.

Edit: in response to the restaurant's response below: I DID call before posting this. I was told "I don't know what you want me to tell you, that is how we make it." It was an awkward conversation. Communicate with your staff and they will tell you. And no, this is the only picture on the ordering app. I understand wanting to give people a "whole piece" of chicken instead of the smaller pieces, but that is not what is represented on the picture nor is...

It was not a great experience this time around. The staff was terrible. Not a clue, I get it hard to find good help in the service industry. 5 in my party, one had to send back food to salty. Servers talked about us right in front of us the whole time. I won't be going back. And either will my friends. I'll give it a try in a year or so. The owner fixed the problem after the manager said basically your still going to pay for the meal that was too salty." Right
