KFC — Restaurant in Bluegrass Region

I love KFC !! 😋THE FOOD IS Awesome and the employees are as sewer as they come the service is with a smile bit we've been there 3 different times now and every time we've had a problem with something missing ,weather its a wing instead of leg or just like the last time a couple nights ago we ordered a large mash poato AND gravy they left out our gravy so I called and they were happy to give it to me but there was no we are sorry this happened or let us make it right and compennsate with and extra biscuit or anything . kinda rude behavior with a smile . SMH I know for us it will be awhile before we go back to KFC for dinner again. 3rd time is charm so to speak. Called in order to KFC on Versailles rd in Frankfort, Ky. Ordered two, six piece wings with fries, they said order will be ready in fifth teen minutes. Picked up order from kfc, drove eight miles back home only to find six wings in the bag from kfc, checked the receipt and I had paid for twelve. I called the store and told Ms Jackson what had happened. She said I would need to drive the 16 mile round trip to pick up the missing six wings. I told her it was kfc’s mistake and they should deliver the wings to me. First off, this KFC is located about half-way for members of our family, so we sometimes meet there for impromptu get-togethers. We can always count on excellent service and a clean environment. The store is relatively new, so we were pleasantly surprised when we met about two weeks ago and saw there had been a renovation in the dining area wherein several booths had been added along both (window) sides of restaurant. It was really quite nice, but we also liked the seating which had been in place prior to the recent renovation.
