May have been the best Waffle House I've EVER had....100% serious. I got to go and they were training several employees but that cashier is what we all should try to achieve in treating others anywhere, anytime. Very friendly, had a smile thecwhoke time, if course I may have been cracking comments 😀 but she's a young girl, well young to me in my real life age, and she's been there A COUPLE OF YEARS AND LOVES IT!! I'm sure she makes ALOT more than most, in tips, because she is who she is! Kudos! Props! All the Atta Girl's to you!! I wish I remembered her name. On the off chance anybody LIKE HER MANAGER, DISTRICT, REGIONAL, TO CORPORATE sees thus, it was Saturday, January 25 around 2:30-3 pm or possibly the 18th. Someone tell her how high she is setting the mark! I believe she had light-medium brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. Of course, she could have been blonde, too, lol. I was way more than impressed with this young lady that has a very bright future ahead of her unless all you half-empty's drag and beat her down mentally, a little bit at a time, thus causing her to join your miserable empty glass club. Read moreI would've given 4 stars if the 23 year old blonde waitress would have minded her own business and not ask other waitresses about whether or not we tipped. Yes we did tip $9 to be exact, but we used our card! What business is it of yours? You were not our waitress, you didn't mess up our order and you didn't fix it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, to stick your nose in someone else's business. And to do it where not only we hear it but all the other costumers as well. I would be writing you up if I was your manager. Our waitress was Catherine and she was being shadowed by Tracy, I believe were their names. There were a few issues but they resolved them quickly, aplolgetically, and went out of their way to make sure it was made right. Ms. Tracy was so nervous because it was her first day and little miss Blondie and her big mouth just didn't help the situation. Yes, we heard you and we heard the response from Catherine. We were floored that you would even be that nosey and IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER!! I think Catherine and Tracy did a great job and everything was handled great, they didn't need YOU making the customer feel awkward and belittled....

Upon walking in 12:20 AM on September 23, 2021, I noticed one of the workers was eating at the bar. Another waitress took my order which is was a to go order. I also noticed the cook walked out of the kitchen and Had not returned for several minutes.
After about 7 minutes, I realized something was really wrong. The waitress that took my order was also looking for the chef. She made an assumption that he was in his vehicle.
At this point I asked for a refund. I was still Waiting Around another 5 minutes, sorting out the refund issue, and the chef still had not returned.
The restaurant had flies in it as well and the restaurant had roped off entire seating areas. There were only 3 customers in the place at the time.
Pathetic. Both waitresses kept apologizing for the behavior of their colleague. These young employees have no backbone and did not want to report the matter. I got Cha. I’ll do it and call your corporate office.
