It's still brand new so I didn't even think to read the reviews before going. Wish I had though. The issue I had seems common. I was on my way to Lexington for a work event. Kids wanted it. Crossanwich has always been my favorite nostalgic fast food breakfast, but I rarely have it because I've never lived close to a BK. I was excited for this on my route when they announced the opening. Ordered 4 meals for kids and I in the Drive thru. We waited around the corner for 5-10 minutes for them to even bring it out. Then we made it past the interstate once I realized we got everything but the crossanwich. This was around 730am, my next chance to eat wasn't until 230pm. I called and when I explained to the lady I was missing it she didn't even know what I was saying when I said crossanwich 🤦🏽♀️. Read moreI was so excited to have Burger King back in Frankfort, but they are lacking in customer service. This is based on multiple visits. Last night I ordered a Coke Zero in the drive through (something I have done here multiple times). I was told they didn't have it. I asked when they stopped serving Coke Zero. I was told they still serve it, but not in the drive through. I asked her what if the person was diabetic and she said she didn't know. Then she tried to give me someone else's food food along with ours and was totally confused when I told her it wasn't ours. Another time we waited a very long time to get to the window. When we got there, the two young guys were spending more time talking and goofing off then waiting on the customers. One handed us the bag and shut the window without giving us our drinks. I sat there and sat there trying to get their attention while they laughed and talked. Finally we got our drinks and got home to see they gave us the wrong order. Read moreWanted to drop by to get the $3 Whopper promo and there was a new employee working the register. It was very busy and she was understandably overwhelmed a bit learning the codes for the app promo, etc, while a longer and longer line formed. The restaurant was short staffed so no options for opening another register. We ordered and waited a very short time for our food. The manager (Michael) was in charge and making sure all the customers were getting their orders in an accurate and timely manner. He even let me know my fries were taking a little longer and it would be "about 40 more seconds". Pretty amazing based on how many orders were rolling through. The new employee was having questions about various codes, etc and had to stop Michael to ask. He was never inconvenienced, impatient or huffy with the employee but showed them the steps needed.
