Burger King — Restaurant in Bluff City

Last weekend, husband ordered 2 croissant-wiches with ham and egg only, no cheese. They gave him ham and cheese after we had to pull over and wait for our order with only 1 person in front of us.

This weekend, we ordered the same exact thing, but this time they completely forgot my drink and French toast sticks. We sat there waiting on our second drink, the drive-thru lady asked if she'd forgotten something. My husband replied "our second drink, the large Dr. Pepper."

She then responded "It's in the bag." "It's... in the bag?" "Yeah! You won't see it pop up on the receipt, but it's in the bag." My husband looked at me, confused, and asked "Honey, is there a drink in that bag?" (We both were confused and knew that was 99% impossible, but still, I looked.) "Not my large Dr. Pepper, no."

So they go to get my Dr. Pepper. It wasn't on the receipt, we were happy to pay for it, but she handed him the drink and apologized. We then noticed I hadn't gotten my French toast sticks. Cue the whole checking process, again.

Instead of trying to sort out the whole ''we didn't hear you'' or what-have-you, they handed us a bag with 4 (we ordered the large, so 5 sticks was expected) sticks.

We get home, I bite into one of them, and they're completely still gooey/doughy on the inside. Not even done.

This place has gone so down hill in the last few months. What on Earth happened? What's going on with y'all's training regimen? This is unacceptable. We were happy to pay, we didn't have to be told the DRINK was IN THE BAG like we're stupid and then given 4 uncooked French toast sticks. So sad :( We used to look forward to coming to BK for breakfast in...

Terrible service and food never right, if you order plain burgers then it should be plain , by the time you go back to get it right the rest of your order is cold, they hardly ever get it right. Terrible service, Terrible food. I went to get our supper tonite, ordered two of the 2/$6.00 got Home and they left one sandwich out. Called spoke with the mgr Darlene and she said come back up and pick up the sandwich. That wasn’t the point.... they were not busy we were order number 8 approx 8:11 pm on 06/26/18. Then when we went back to get the other sandwich for our supper. I open mine and I ordered plain, meat and bread cause it’s too difficult to get it with just meat bread and pickles. Thought that would work, we got back and mine had onions, mayo and tomato on it .!!!! The guys in the back were acting looney and the mgr was running around like she wasn’t sure what to do.... the place is nasty, the window you can’t even see thru it is has so much grease on it.... I had to rate it a one to post this, can you please help me understand this ? It is also posted on yelp. You shouldn’t have to drive to get your order right, we are only 3 miles from Piney Flats Burger King. They won’t answer the phone ..... lander0204@ yahoo. Com....

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at bk!!! If I could give it a -11 I would. My mom and I stopped on the way to taking me to college in Piney Flats and they did us so dirty. We pull up starving to death, and when we start to order our food in the drive through when the dude has to have us resay our order 15 times (hearing aid much) plus he was rude and still didn’t get the order right. Once we get to the window the older lady hands us our food, we drive down the road stop to eat where shade is. Once we are stopped and getting the food out I hand my mom her burger, it had many long hairs inside. My burger was okay so we shared it but how distasteful. We waited for more than 6 minutes and we were in a hurry. There was no one else in the drive through. So gross, and will be the last time I ever eat...
