KFC — Restaurant in Bluff City

I came through the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece $7 box and fried pickles. I was asked what sauce I would like with the tenders and stated honey mustard. I was asked what kind of sauce with the fried pickles and told them ranch. I pulled over to check my order to ensure everything was correct and my sauces were in the order. They put the ranch in the bag but not the honey mustard for my tenders. I go inside and tell the gentleman that I didn't get my honey mustard with my order and was told I can give you one but it will cost 25 cents. Really I just ordered food both of which come with a sauce but then because I didn't get one and I'm simply asking to get the one that wasn't in my bag your going to tell me that now I have to pay for it? Ordered food online. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to our family when it was supposed to be 1/2 hour. Contacted the manager Brian at one hour of waiting and was told they were down to 2 fryers and he couldn’t cook our tenders yet and when I asked if people in the drive thru were waiting an hour for there order, I was met with excuses and no real accountability. Then we finally got our food…it was terrible. The 12pc chicken was old obviously while waiting for the tenders to cook (“due to the down fryer”).
