I will NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! I ordered a Stromboli asked for cheese only and got one with pepperoni and mushrooms on it called up to ask them to fix it they said it would be 15 minutes I did not have the time to wait so I asked for my money back they would not do it all because I got a piece of cake for free because a sign in the lobby stated that if you purchase over 25 dollars you get a free dessert I did purchase that amount so I asked for it they gave it to me, the part owner or so she called herself said that since I got the cake and that my order was under 25 dollars that she could do nothing for me unless I brought them back! Why should I have the time to run the food back up for their mistake she treated me like I was trying to pull something over on them but i assure you I got a messed up Stromboli and my order was over 25 dollars she just did not want to give me my money back! This place obviously does not appreciate their customers but that’s fine by me I will take my money elsewhere to someone who wants to make me out to be the bad one when they made the mistake not me! I wish I would have had the time to take back the nasty cake and Stromboli I got but I had to be at work cause I would have threw it in her face the way she treated me was totally...

Our order got messed up, that's ok, people make mistakes.....40 minutes later we finally get our food, the chicken alfredo. The sauce was thin as water and tasted like flour or cornstarch. The actual chicken was good but I had to almost totally empty a parmesan cheese shaker just so the noodles and sauce had flavor. We were offered a discount which on a 40 dollar bill was 3 dollars( kind of a joke for as bad as the experience was)The waitress was good but the food and kitchen are horrible, I will not be back to this location.......ever! I really hope that this was just an off day and not normal. The Blountville location has always been great every time, I recommend driving a little further and...

We order Giovannis to atleast once a month for dinner. Today we decided to go in for lunch. Big mistake. 1st the sweet tea was disgusting, had to change to soda. Asked for bread with spinach dip( i order that way everytime) but now they cant do it... so we passed. Order 3 subs and my kid a pasta. 2 subs came out wrong first time. Finally get it right. My chicken philly was not made how it was in the past. Now it is strips of grilled chicken not the tiny chunks.... no flavor in any of the subs. Chicken was bland. No seasoning on frys. Overall completely disappointed. Will think twice before eating her again... 40+$ for what little we ate and excuses...
