A Decent Spot with Room for Improvement
CafeZoopass has a convenient location and a trendy, casual vibe that’s inviting, but my experience here was mixed. The decor is charming, with plenty of natural light and cozy seating options, making it an ideal place to relax or work. The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of sandwiches, salads, and soups, with a few unique items like their “Truffle Mushroom Soup” and “Avocado Pesto Panini.”
The food itself was decent but fell short of expectations. I tried the truffle mushroom soup, which was flavorful but arrived lukewarm. The avocado pesto panini was tasty, with fresh ingredients, though the bread was a bit too dense, making it hard to eat comfortably. Portions were average, and the prices felt slightly high for the quality provided.
Service was friendly but slow, even though the cafe wasn’t particularly busy at the time. It took nearly 15 minutes to receive my order, which seemed long for a cafe setting. Overall, CafeZoopass is a nice spot to unwind or meet up with friends, but with some improvements in food quality and speed of service, it could be much better. The first thing you notice is all of the encouraging graphics and phrases on the walls of the restaurant. But lots of places project ideals not embraced by their staff.
But not this Cafe Zupas location. The team members at this spot are warm and friendly. All that I encountered were smiling. Like they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. This only happens in a place where there is a fun and positive culture, so I’m sure the management team models these values.
The menu is loaded with fresh choices. The food is delicious. We had the chicken noodle soup and tomato basil soup, as well as a grilled cheese sandwich. All of it delicious.
Jessica and Jayde were the ones who specifically helped with our order and both were so pleasant. Jayde made sure our order was correct, bagged properly to avoid spills on the way home, and even threw in chocolate covered strawberries. Amazing!

I go to the window, pay, and am asked to park in a stall. Fine. What’s not fine is the following twenty minute wait on an order of two sandwiches. Besides the car that just passed there were absolutely no other customers.
The only reason the wait wasn’t longer was because my brother saw our order through the window, ready to go on the counter, and walked in. I wonder how long ago it had been prepared. Imagine if the individual ordering had a disability and doesn’t have the privilege of being able to WALK into the restaurant to recieve their drive through order.
I don’t know. I don’t think pettiness is the right side dish to serve to customers. I’m spending twelve dollars on a gd sandwich and a strawberry, at least...
