Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bluffdale

Was very excited to have another option closer to me as the cafe Rio close by has been really disappointing time after time. Unfortunately this experience at Costa was arguably just as bad on Saturday. Went to pick up my to go order and was standing in front of the counter for 5 minutes without being addressed. Easily had 10+ employees working the drive through and in store customers but no one by the register. I finally ended up looking around and saw a single to go order bagged up. I walked behind the counter to look at it and saw it was mine. Grabbed it and walked out without anyone saying a word. I should've looked in the bag, but unfortunately didn't. The burrito in our order was way smaller than any other order I've gotten at any cafe Rio or Costa. I know this place is brand new, but anyone working there would know this isn't a typical serving from this restaurant and they were simply too lazy to...

There other Costa Vida better than this! Guys you are new in the Bluffdale area and we are coming to support a business in our city. Are you having a shortage of food? Ridiculous small portion for what really Costa Vida serves!!! My sweet port burrito look like an enchilada so small that there wasn’t event pork on it, shortage of rice? Shortage of lettuce? So who is the franchiser or the owner of this location??? Check you customer services, the quality and quantity of what you are serving to the community that will keep you in business! It’s Very sad will but we will not be coming here again and I do not recommend you to come back here go to another one, the one in Riverton or Herriman are 10000% better...

UPDATE:

We decided to give them a second chance and this will be the last time we go back. As stated in other reviews, my husband ordered a burrito and it was half the size they normally are. I did reach out the customer service email originally and their response was pitiful. I’ll attach it below. I’m glad they care enough to “make it right”
