Buffalos — Restaurant in Bluffton

So good!! The food here is really excellent. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice. The outside would be especially nice in the fall or spring when the weather is cooler. (the church directly across the street is beautiful). My family and I came here twice on our vacation to Palmetto Bluff, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food was excellent. My only complaint is that the menu was basically the same. (I would've hoped for some different dishes since many people dine here multiple times throughout their stay because there are very limited options on Palmetto Bluff itself). We went to Buffalo’s for a special birthday dinner, but the experience was disappointing. The service we received felt more like what you’d expect at Applebee’s. One entire meal was forgotten when we ordered, leaving the whole party waiting while the rest of the food got cold. Drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive — if we were even asked — and our server hardly checked on us at all. Instead, their coworkers had to step in to see if we needed anything. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience! Our server, Jordan, was AMAZING! He noticed we were uncomfortable with our seating without us having to say anything, remembered details we’d said about ourselves, was accommodating, and EXTREMELY well spoken and well versed on the menu.
