October 5th, 2022, My wife lost her mom yesterday and we had driven up from NC to OH for to be by her side at the hospital. Working on very little sleep (app 4hrs) and dealing with the funeral home all day my wife just wanted to rest and have some quality coffee. I offered to go up the street to Dunkin as we had seen on their door they didn't close until 10pm. It was 8:47 when I pulled into the drive thru and read the menu while waiting to be helped. After waiting for about ten minutes I pulled around and walked to the door which was locked. I looked at the time on my phone it was 8:59! All the lights were on and the door said 10:00pm. No sooner had I looked up and the employee turned off the lights! Somebody could have taken 2 minutes to explain, but shutting the lights off on me was in my opinion.. rude and neglectful. I'm sure if they changed the closing hour they are very aware of what it used to be, and how hard is it to mark the door sign? Needless to say I had to disappoint a grieving wife because I was thirteen minutes before the actual closing time in reality, but serving the last customer was less important than doing the job! I think someone owes my wife an apology, don't you Dunkin!! Your lost...
Read moreI'm a Dunkin' girl at heart and a fairly patient person when it comes to food service. So it honestly pains me to write this review.
I have visited the Bluffton, OH, location no less than 40 times over the last 2 years. Roughly 75% of the time when I reach the drive-thru order intercom, it takes 5-8 minutes for a team member to pop on asking for my order.
Today, I and three other cars behind me, waited 15 minutes before someone finally came on, stating, 'I'll be with you in a few minutes'. Myself and two other cars finally just left. As I pulled around, I half expected to see a slew of cars at the payment and pick-up windows. Nope, just one car. And no cars had exited while we were all waiting either. 🤔
Oh... and the front door had a note stating the lobby was closed. Which I have also noticed is not uncommon for this location.
Is only 1 person working? If so, I truly feel awful for them. They deserve a raise for dealing with all of this.
Depending on which direction you're traveling on I-75, just continue to Lima or Findlay's Dunkin'. Each has very...
Read moreI stopped at a Dunkin Donut store in Buffton, OH store number # 362513. I had an unpleasant experience with one of your employee named Mary, (an older white woman) . I did a mobile order for 2 items and went in there to pick it up but only 1 item was there so I patiently waited. The employee Mary , looks at me with disgust and then I ask her about the missing item to which she yells at me “that’s because we are out of matcha “ in a horrid tone. I am trying to calmly explain to her that the app doesn’t tell me so I didn’t know and you could have nicely let me know but instead she was rude and arrogant. While I’m there I notice she treated the other (white) customers nicely but one a black gentleman came in she was rude to him just like how she was rude to me(I’m not white either) so I realize that she is not fit for customer service and I cannot believe Dunkin Donuts hired people that are racist. I hope you can look into this and fire this woman since she is not fit to deal with people. Until I came here I didn’t realize that Dunkin Donuts hires...
