Wendy's — Restaurant in Bluffton

Wendy’s restaurants everywhere have declined massively. Blufton use to be the best one but lately they have been ridiculously slow. I don’t understand how a cheeseburger and French fry fast food place can take so long to produce a cheeseburger and French fries. The food quality has also declined. Bland unseasoned burger, undercooked bacon half hazardly tossed on a bun with ketchup and mayo so you can unwrap a sloppy mess sandwich when you get home. Went Through Drive-Thru. Asked To Pull To Side And Wait. Malts Handed To Me At The Window. 48 Minutes Waiting Malts Were Melted. Advised With A Comment From Delivering Staff Oh Yea Well. I was very disappointed with the food! My husband and I were traveling to Saginaw from Kentucky and we stopped at about 3:00 in the afternoon to grab something to eat through the drive-through. Of course we were on the highway and then realized my husband's chicken sandwich was dry, both of our fries were dry & cold, my baconator was obviously old because there were black grill chucks on the bottom of the Burger and in the foil.
