Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boca Raton

This location is horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other surrounding locations. The staff is extremely rude and consistently messes up orders. The orders from my last three visits were all incorrect. If you bring it to their attention, they roll their eyes, snatch things out of your hands, and mumble under their breath.

I ordered an iced latte with milk. They gave me a cup of milk with a thick layer of sugar on the bottom and no espresso. When I asked about the drink, the lady loudly sighed and said, "That's what you ordered, ma'am, so you're good to go." I explained that I ordered a latte with only milk. She snatched the drink out of my hand and looked at the ticket. When she realized I did order a latte, she rolled her eyes again and walked away. She eventually came back with a drink that was still all milk and said, "That's how it is here." When she handed me my food order, I noticed items were missing. When I tried to mention it, she yelled, "HUH?!" I tried to explain to her that not only did I have items missing from my bag, but there were extra items I did not pay for. She said, "No, ma'am, that's what you ordered." She then snatched the bag out of my hand and started rummaging through the bag, opening all the items, then took all the items I did not pay for out of the bag. She then threw the bag back at me. I said, "I still have items missing." She said, "Let me see the ticket again," then snatched the bag out of my hand again and walked away. The missing items were sitting on the counter. She picked them up, threw them in the bag, and then rudely gave me the bag and turned away from me.

I wouldn't even give this...

Normally I stoped for my coffee on the way to work at the nearest Starbucks but I figured I’d give this Dunkin a shot since it’s closer to home. WHAT A MISTAKE ! I checked my order in line after receiving it since there were more than a few items. Before I even had the chance to inform the cashier that there was 1 item missing I was greeted as if I was at the lunch line of a prison. As if the money and time I spent there did not matter or had no value. This employee was greeted by me and treated with utmost respect. I wasn’t looking for anything for free I simply wanted the item that I ordered. She was so nasty about the whole situation I simply drove off before my morning got any worse.

Terrible experience especially at 6:40am in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there at that time if it means this employee will be greeting you at the drive through window. Lady that took my order was very nice but after that experience I’d spend the few extra bucks if even that and take a trip down the street to star bucks where you get served as a valued customer...

growing pains I was very excited for this location to open up near my office but I am loosing my faith in them, on the days the service is quick and friendly the order is usually screwed up so check your orders in the drive thru before leaving and other days the service is slow ,and many poorly trained teenagers work here too add to the bad service they evidently don't sell enough bagels as lately the bagels are at least one day old when I get them since this is a new location I will give them another week to shape up But I think they will fail to perform as well as other local dunkin donuts locations in the end? I have made too many return trips back after I forgot to check the order before I left I hope they read these reviews and improve there service as I would like to continue going there as it is very convenient to me I go here every day so far for the last 3 weeks , and IMHO currently they are OK for a quick coffee but don't order any food unless you want to be...
