Hardee’s — Restaurant in Bogalusa

I went through the drive thru to place my order, which included 1 sausage biscuit, 1 biscuit and gravy, 1 side of bacon and 1 bowl of grits. The woman at the window did not utter a single word to me the entire time I was waiting at the window, paying and waiting for my order. I was handed my order without a single acknowledgement that I was even a human being. I had to ask for the condiments that already comes with grits (butter, salt, pepper), and was looked at like I was causing her great harm to even ask for anything. She stuffed everything in my order into one small bag. By the time I got home the grits, which had the lid not put on properly and some of the bowl the grits were in was split from too high heat, and having everything piled into one tiny bag, the grits spilled all over the wrappers of the biscuits and the inside of the bag. Def check ur order before leaving! Order a hot ham and big roast beef. Add cheese on the roast beef. And asked for barbecue sauce. The place was empty and we were asked to pull up and wait. Then they bring our food out and told us barbecue sauce was in the bag. Only to get home and there's no sauce in the bag which they knew when they handed the bag to us and the roast beef is just thrown on a bun. In my opinion, Hardee's is the best fast food around. Their big, juicy burgers can't be beaten! I've eaten at the Bogalusa location more times than I can count. In fact, this may sound crazy, but having a Hardee's in Bogalusa is one of the reasons that I moved here. I've deducted one star for two reasons. While the food is great, it is not cheap fast food! The lb burger combo is about $10. But, you definitely get what you pay for. I'd rather spend $10 for a good meal rather than $7 for a lousy one.
