As always the food is delicious. The staff could use an additude adjustment. I placed my order online. I do this regularly. I wait 20+ minutes in line to get to the microphone to order. The person working the car line asked for my order. I told them I had an online order. She answered rudely that I needed to go inside. I told her I'd rather not and I always pickup my order in the car line. She again, rather rudely said you can take care of that inside. So I drove around and reached the window. I told the person at the window that I had an online order and who I was. The other person with the headset said ugh I told you to come inside. I replied look I never have to go inside to get my order. I don't understand why I need to do so today. When again it was ordered online. Even if I had ordered at the microphone, wouldn't it had been the same? Can they not just pull the receipt and fill my order?? She proceeds to tell me that they are short handed. So if you are short handed, and it'd be easier for me to go in and get my order, why not politely say that in out first interaction? I would've went in. But no she was rude, and very ugly about the situation. Also, there were a couple of employees just standing around and not doing anything, so how short staffed were they?? Both employees that I interacted with, the one at the window and the one w the head set on, were very rude. I wish I could've seen their name tags, bc I sure would let y'all know who they are. Read moreDo NOT, I repeat do NOT place an order thru the app. I placed an order and paid well in advance so I could quickly run through the drive thru after work and head home. I arrived at 7:01 pm with a few people ahead of me, and did not make it to the payment window until 7:27! On top of that, at the window, she had the wrong order prepared and couldn’t even find my ticket. I ordered 3 sandwiches and the car behind me ordered 5. They stated they were saving the sandwiches for the car behind me and would cook me fresh filets for my order. She said it would take only 5 minutes. I pulled up and watched as 4 cars behind me went ahead while I was waiting on my food. I did not get my food until 7:43 — and my order was completely wrong. But I have to object at the service Poor lady taking our order coughed (into her elbow, across the register and just about every where else). She obviously was ill. Why she was allowed to be there at all was criminal.
At the most minimal level, she should have worn a mask. Throughout the coughing fits, she tried to get the order right but struggled. Her apologies were sincere. I just wonder what kind of manager allowed her to be there at all.
If I hadn't believed that her episodes seemed less covid and more something else, I would have walked out.
Please please please do not put someone in such distress in direct contact. It was pretty gross. Also don't hide her in the kitchen, cause the cough was wet and messy.
Anyway, all the staff seemed pleasant, even if our I order was wrong... take this issue seriously please. Hope she feels...
