McDonald's — Restaurant in Bogalusa

Easily one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. The food was both dry and soggy at the same time, I got a hamburger and it was dry as a bone and the bun was soggy. Beyond that, at both windows both of the girls working basically just ignored my existence. Literally just took my card, closed the window, open the window and hand my card back, then I pull up to get my food and the girl there opens the window, hands me a chocolate milk, closes the window and then opens it again, hands me a bag, doesn't say a single word, doesn't even look me in my face. I didn't even know if I had gotten my whole order. I know working at McDonald's isn't great, but at least offer an iota of customer service so that I know that I got everything and don't have to dig to my bag in line to make sure it's there.

Edit to add that when we get back on the road and my child opened her six-piece nuggets, there were three in there and because I was already on my way out of town we could not turn around, and we do not live there so we were not offered a chance to have our money refunded only to come back and...

Went by this morning to get breakfast burritos. I asked for a extra salsa and the guy at the window was very nice and said sure. As he went to get it the manager on duty walks up to the window and says "I put salsa in your bag already" in a very rude and condescending tone with her nose in the air. I tell her politely that I saw them and had asked for an extra. She then precedes to say out loud and rudely "we should be charging for these". So I asked her if she wanted me to pay for them. She says "No, but I'm going to ask my GM if we can start charging". That's all fine and great, but it's got nothing to do with me, it's your job to know that sort of info ahead of time and not saying it in the customers face like they owe you something. RUDE I will not...

The store was clean .it took a lil while to get my order. My main problem is that this has always aggravated me. Now with the rising prices it is not get acceptable to me. The bun was cold. The. Tomatoes and lettuce. And the meat wasn't hot. I understand lawsuits. But I want a hot meal. The bun placed facedown on the grill . The other already stacked ready to go in place and the mi use that burger comes off that grille it should be hot and be hot when its given to the person who paid his money to get it. Quality. Ps.
