I ALWAYS LIKE GOING TO AUTOZONE , JUST MAKE SURE YOU TALK TO SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE , SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN THERE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS , AND SEEMS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR JOB , THE REASON THAT I SAY THIS IS I WENT THERE FOR A PART , FOR MY TRUCK , AND HAD A YOUNG MAN WAITING ON ME ( HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN 20 YEARS OLD , AND SEEMED NOT SURE OF HIMSELF ) I HAD PICTURES OF THE PART , AND HE WAS ABOUT TO SELL ME THE WRONG PART ( FOR $ 50 ) , I GOT TO GIVE IT TO HIM , HE DID , ASKED IF I COULD TAKE AND UNPLUG THE WIRE FROM THE PART AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PART AND THE WIRES THE THAT I UNPLUGGED FROM THE PART , AFTER I SHOWED HIM THE NEW PICTURES , HE WAS ABLE TO SELL ME THE RIGHT PART ( $25 ) I HOPE ! IT'S A DAM GOOD THING THAT I HAD MY TRUCK WITH ME , OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A BIGGER PAIN IN THE BEHIND , THEN...

Need to come down on prices had about 10 workers there send half of them home and they could lower the prices down a lot because they have got to where orally is cheaper and have better parts come on auto zone you can do better than this get cheeper like cov. There prices are way cheaper and there is a lot more money Down there and bogalusa is a lot poorer town than cov. lOWER THE PRICES now and get ride of some dead heads lower the over head...

Terrible employees!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different store. The employees have no clue what they are doing and are very rude. The other locations are good but the bogalusa location is awful. I don't like leaving bad post but this place deserves a bad review! O'Reilly's is not far from AutoZone and they are much better. Better service and professional...
