I must say I don't write much reviews on bars and the such but this one here my goodness I just had to because of the exceptional service and good natured and hospitable nature of the Bartender there by the name of Brian. He made such an impression to his golden smile, his positive down-to-earth demeanor, his outstanding communication made you feel like he was not only your server/bartender but also your best friend, your therapist, and a loving Father/ and or brother relative however. With family out of town, I went here on Thanksgiving. I happen to love dive bars, but this place instantly became one of my very favorites. Absolutely love the decor and vibe, classic dive bar. Such friendly service, the bartender Brian was a fantastic conversationalist. Prices were gentle, just an all-around pleasure going here. If you like dive bars, do not miss this one. We were on a business trip from Ireland to NJ, wanted to get out of our hotel for a beer or 2 and randomly chose the Cozy. It turned out to be a great idea - really nice bar lady and customers, pool table and juke box. What more could a bunch of Paddy's want. Highly recommend...
