Chen's Fusion — Restaurant in Boiling Springs

Whether my wife and I dine in or out the food is always excellent. Their sauces don't all taste the same. They have very different distinct flavor so. A lot of Asian Restaurants seem to over only two flavor sauces (brown sauce, white sauce) which have the same flavor which makes all their dishes taste the same! But not Chen's Fusion!! They give you different very flavorful sauces which really makes a difference when you order their many many food dishes. That's why we always eat at or order takeout from Chen's Fusion.

The people are so nice and always friendly, making you feel like family. I love when they greet us as we enter their restaurant. They make us feel as if we're longtime friends. Makes a difference! Atmosphere can make or break a restaurant. Chen's Fusion in Boiling Springs, NC (near Gardner-Webb College) has a family type atmosphere with friendly staff. Great place for the entire family...

I am absolutely appalled. First of all my friend ordered chicken fried rice and found 3 small rocks/pebbles in there (seen below), and unfortunately chipped her tooth. Second of all her claimed to be chicken, was indescribable mystery meat. It was slippery, had zero flavor, and was tough. Third of all I had ordered their Szechuan chicken and normally and also listed on their website, it comes with "broccoli, onions and red bell peppers," but mine was filled with the same nasty chicken my friend had, zucchini, carrots, baby corn, and a vegetable that smelled like a rest stop bathroom. Absolutely unreasonable behavior from the woman running the front. I have been a customer at Chen’s for well over 10 years, but never again. I always get the house special lo mein but substitute beef instead of shrimp, because I can’t eat shellfish. Tonight, she absolutely refused to make the substitution.
