PART 1 OF 2... I've moved to the area my stove is not ready so we've ate out for a week. This McDonalds® has got my drive thru order wrong on 3 different occasions in 1week which meant leave the house and drive 3miles back. This last time and I stress LAST TIME, THE MANAGER Aaron, I'm told her name is, replaced my Big Mac®™ with the corrections but would not replace my large fries which are now cold cause of policy she says, but upon getting home there's an apple pie in the bag I assume is there for her taking the blame in the error. I freakin hate their apple pies so its a waste. On the other hand Hardee's® across the street has never got my order wrong and are much more hospitable than Aaron @ McDonald's® of boiling springs NC was. I hope this review finds the right person to adjust this managers customer service skills. I showed nothing but respect in all 3 occasions. I will copy paste this and forward to corporate. A $1.79 worth replacement of my fries out of my $13.55 order would of made me content and would have avoided this accurate non exaggerated review. Read moreI normally dont have a problem but today my service experience was awful. Every time i added something to my order, i have a family of 5, the lady said, "thats it?" With an attitude. Then i asked simply for a 2 cheeseburger meal but just make it a hamburger with only ketchup. My son doesnt like mustard and is allergic to dairy products and cheese upsets his stomach. The woman said we cant do that. So instead i ordered two cheese burgers no cheese no mustard no onion. She instead gave me two cheeseburgers with everything on it. My two happy meals were missing apple slices and apple juices, and she charged me for a drink i did not order. The worst fast food experience i have ever had. When i went inside to have them fix it, the manager said, "oh its that guy from the drive thru," like she knew they messed up my order. She had an attitude about fixing what they messed up and asked for the cheeseburgers with everything on them back, which was no problem but i did have to go back out to my car to get them so she could throw them away. Read moreClean restaurant with friendly service. The only negative is that they ALWAYS make you pull up or to the side if you go through the drive-thru, even if there's nobody behind you. They have four or five identified "pull up" areas or spots. I'm guessing that they have goals to meet related to how long it takes to fill customer orders and that is management's way of manipulating the system. If so, they're pros!
17-May-2018 Update - I spent 23 long minutes in one of their "Can you please pull up" spots. I ordered a 20 piece of Mcnuggets, medium fry, $1 Tea, and a large vanilla shake, so I'm not sure why it took that long! Like I mentioned before, this location has tons of drive-thru waiting areas that they use often, but the wait is usually only 10 minutes at most. I bumped it down one star for the absurd amount of time I had to wait and for giving me the same, half melted shake they tried to give me before I pulled up. I was bringing the shake home for my wife, so I asked for everything at once. They agreed, but brought me the melted shake. I just thanked the young man and left because I couldn't fathom...
