Edit: Big changes have happened since my last review? All menu items (except, without fail, quesadillas) are typically available at all times. The location remains understaffed, at times, and I’ve waited up to 20 minutes in the Chipotlane—having to drive in circles or park to clear the lane for cars arriving later but having their online orders completed first (because of the order queue). The remaining two problems are with the food, itself. Although the overall quality has increased markedly, I’ve received fresh chips mixed with stale/undercooked 80% of the time; and, raw brown rice mixed with cooked rice 50% of the time. Overall, great improvements with this location. Fresher food and no items missing in months. There’s still room for improvement but I’ve increased my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars.
Original review: I would never give a restaurant one star because of a single experience. Look at my many reviews and the reviews for this location and make your own assessment. This Chipotle has systematically failed to make available basic menu items and has also failed to provide food for a paid mobil order. I don’t state this lightly because when I went to pick up an app order they said that mobil orders are closed and I could call corporate for a refund—end of discussion. Don’t take my word for it. If you have the app, log in and check what items are available around dinner time. The last attempt I made to order they had no chicken, no steak, no carnitas, no guacamole, no chips, no cheese, and no lettuce. Another order I was given a $12 burrito that was 7.5 ounces. I’m not certain if this a supply chain, corporate, or a local management problem but this is the most poorly run restaurant I’ve had the displeasure of patronizing. One would have hoped that these difficulties would have subsided as management fell into a routine but the situation, has in...
Read moreI have been going to Chipotle since the start in Denver CO. I have been to Chipotle all over the west in multiple states. I had had some poor food quality in the past but this location takes the cake. To start they were out of whit rice and I got a new thing of it and they did not add any of the cilantro or any other things Chipotle adds tot he rice so it was just plain whit rice that had zero flavor. Then they were out of most of the meat options, they were out of most of the salsa options, the guacamole was old and black colored and was also missing the lime and other ingredients. They cant fold a burrito to save there lives it took 4 attempts and every time it was re made parts of my burrito were stuck on the tortilla and I lost about 50% of the burrito. They would not re make or discount. They have way to many people working there and no one knows what they are doing. I scanned my rewards card and a coupon I had from my app they told me they got it but never actually scanned it so I did not get my points and I was not able to use my coupon. When I got home to eat it tasted horrible and had zero flavor. Chipotle needs to care about this! This location is not representing the brand at all. This is sad and disappointing. The only good thing about this location is that the building is...
Read moreAppalling and disgusting!! I went there last night. First and last time at this location. We were greeted and our food was prepared without issue. However, while waiting in line I saw the kid (sandy blonde hair with red cheeks) at the back grill take a fork and stick it into the pot of meat and eat from it. It caught me off guard. About a minute later he went back, with the same fork from his pocket, and did it again without any concern for the 8-10 of us in line watching him. When we got our food I sat down at a dirty table because 3 other employees were apparently on break at the same time eating in the lobby. After clearing my own table I sat down with my coworker and told him about what I saw. Moments later I saw the kid at the grill head back for more. I pointed it out to my coworker who turned around to watch. The kid forked another two bites and looked up making eye contact with us. He raised he eyebrows, impressed with himself, as if he had no care that we saw what he was doing. He then grabbed a few juice boxes from the front display cooler and joined his friends on break. Needless to say I was appalled. Four of the six employees are hanging out in the dirty lobby while there is a line at the counter. I couldn’t believe it. Absolutely...
