McDonald's — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Ok I get it this is McDonalds, I should lower my expectations but cmon. These issues were not the first time I’ve dealt with it, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now it seems to be standard operating procedures.

I ordered at the drive through and got a meal, they tell me they only have cans of Coke still, almost a month after the hurricane, others seem to have fountain drinks now but they don’t. Ok fine I get that but you still get charged the exact same price for a 12 ounce can of Coke as you would for their larger fountain drinks.

The drive through is absolutely the slowest. I waited tonight over 20 mins to get my food.

The French fries at this location are almost always soggy and tasteless, almost like eating card board strips soaked in oil. They use to have the best hot crispy and salty fries, not so much now, horrible!

When paying at the window your lucky if the person taking payments actually looks up from their phone when the grumble out your order and swing the card reader to insert your card. I get it, it’s hard to even find workers but come on you can survive a bit without being glued to your phone.

I’d love to understand how any of this is acceptable. There are shift leads and managers there but they don’t care as well and just let...

So, why not the egg?

On 07/20/17, I stopped at this McDonald's restaurant location to purchase breakfast. Same as usual, I have used this franchises' restaurants in Estero, Naples, and Marco. I order the same breakfast items, except for today...

Today I placed my order, a #11, (Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel) with the same instructions that the egg be substituted with a sausage. I was denied.

I was informed by today's morning manager that she is unable to prepare the order as I requested it. "They are Not allowed." I calmly explained that I've never had this request denied in any other location.

I was then informed that she could substitute the bacon for the sausage... So why not the egg? Especially if the individual that will consume the order cannot eat the egg?

Do you know how many times I've stood in line at this location and observed changes to Client's / Customer's orders take place (simple things and/or substitutions) without any issues or excuses?

Do you know what is one of the best tried and true marketing tools, especially in a city like Naples... "Word of Mouth."

I requested the same order with various other items at another McDonald's location and was provided not only with my request but great Customer...

Ok first all, we walked in ready to eat some scrumptious food. We stood in line for about 10 minuets with no one else in line waiting for someone to serve us. No one did. So we went to the electronic menu. Then man in a suit working there yelled at us to get off so we did. Not yet mad. Little did we know this was just the start... we procceeed to wait in line for another 20 minetut!!!! We were starting to get very mad and impatient. We were over waiting so we decided to go thru the drive thru because the man in the suit working was only serving the drive thru. So we got our food in a quick manor...then pulled into a parking spot and saw a worker sitting on her butt eating some good ice cream. She saw us furious about our experience and had the guts to almost walk out of the Mcdobalds as confront us... but she didn't. We are currently sitting ina publix parking lot eating our long waited food. One of my good friends went to drink there carbonated drink called Dr. pepper and WE RELIZED THEY DIDNT GIVE US ANY STRAWS....HIW DO THEY EXPECT US TO DRINK OUR DRINK. Unacceptable!!!!
