Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The only reason I went was because I received a message saying that if I bought the chicken nuggets, I could get nacho fries for $1. That deal was the whole reason I chose to go—but when I tried to redeem it, they refused to honor it. It felt misleading and like a waste of time and money.

I had ordered three nacho fries, but they only gave me two and claimed that I only ordered two. I wasn’t even given a receipt to prove what I actually ordered. When we brought it up, instead of correcting the mistake kindly, the staff got visibly irritated—as if we were the problem for pointing it out.

A woman from the back came up front and was rude to us when we were just trying to get the issue fixed. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

On top of all that, the value just isn’t there anymore. A small cup of cheese is now over a dollar, and they only fill it halfway. Even when you order a large fry, you still get the same small cheese cup as with a regular order, and the fries themselves weren’t even full.

Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite spots, but after this experience, I left feeling disappointed and honestly unsure if I’ll go back to...

Revised review, please read all the way thru .....It was good, the food was delicious as usual and what u can expect from taco bell....love it...love the sauce, lol, which brings me to the next point. The self service sauce and napkin stand was completely depleted of sauces. Bummer, however I was able to enjoy with what was there and it was replenished by the time we left. A woman employee came out and did it as well as taking out the trash. A male employee however came out and sorta cleaned some tables and very poorly took a couple orders and then went out for a smoke break. Looks like he needs some training to give better service. Again the food was great and if not for the sauce thing and the male employee it would be 5 star So I went thru the drive thru the other night and sorry to say the food was sub standard, luke warm and soggy hard shells. I had to ask the guy in the window 5 times for extra sauce.... dude, what do you care, I drowned my food in the sauce, it's a vehicle for the sauce. This makes 2 issues within 2 trips with issues with the sauce.... come on guys. . It's too bad something so simple and easy should bring down your...

This is the closest one to me, and usually they do an okay job. However today I had to have them remake an item 3 times because they kept adding dairy. By the 3rd time i was over it, and was about to ask for a refund. The possible shift lead decided to remake it for me and yet again forgot an ingredient, unfortunately I had left with the item because there's no way it takes 4 tries to make a taco, well I was wrong, and I was driving down the road... I get it, it's tacobell. But I'm frustrated. That's 5 dollars I won't get back. Maybe take the time to FULLY figure out an order that has modifications, or go to the register to fix the problem? I'd rather have my money back than wait a total of 4 tries for an item. I won't boycott them obviously, but I'm not going back in any rush. The staff was trying to be accommodating, and were friendly, but shoot dude. That's a waste of product and money...
