(1/2)My wife and I were in the middle of moving and within that two day period I decided to make reservations at Fairway INN of Naples. I have stayed here a few times before and had no problems checking in until now. This check and was quite interesting allow me to elaborate. It was approximately 1:30 AM. As soon as we enter the door and was greeted by JUDI (who was dressed in pajamas) it became apparent or perceived that she did not want our business. The reason unclear. Maybe because of our age? Our skin color? Who knows only JUDI would know. She was very politebut was setting the expectation right after her greeting that she might not be able to check us in reason being because of "how late it was". The last two times I have checked in here was about the same time and had no issues. Judy had a fax sent to her by PAYPAL's/Expedia with a confirmed payment. I also had an email confirmation showing my payment for the room reservation. Very politely I ask JUDI "is there anything we can do to help, is there an issue?"

"There is no issue she replied." She also said that she just had problems tendering the payment since it seems like the virtual card that was used by PayPal was being canceled/declined.

I told Judi if she was having an issue with payment method I will be more than willing use my debit card instead as long as I don't get double charged.

After about 5 to 10 minutes of silence she FINALLY took our IDs to start the check in process and according to her while taking the IDs if the payment didn't go through in the morning she would have to let us go. She also added that after the second day she would have to move us to...

My friend and I came to Naples for our college friend’s wedding and stayed 4 nights this weekend. This place is absolutely beautiful and at a great price point. The room was the most spacious room I’ve stayed in at a hotel before. The bathroom was wall to floor tile. Window air conditioning built into the wall which enabled the actual window in the room to open and close and let in the nice breeze. We had a clean two double beds room, which came with a full size dresser, two chairs and table, mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, and another couple drawers. Standard cable tv and failing fan also included. Rick at the front desk was absolutely great in helping us check in early and super nice. The pool and garden are absolutely beautiful with cute tables and chairs to enjoy outside. The gazebo was full of nice breakfast items of bagels, coffee, muffins, etc. and we were able to grab some bottled water from there each morning to keep in our mini fridge. As two women traveling alone, not once did we feel unsafe or unwelcome. The only downfalls we’re 1. Maybe they could invest in getting wifi boosters as the wifi couldn’t successfully reach our room in 109. 2. The one blanket provided was thin and there were a couple nights soft heavier comforter would be a better option. If I come back to Naples I would 10/10...

Nestled between $400,000 homes that are on the Cocohatchee River, the hotel begins where the Cocohatchee River ends. Fresh baked cookies at check-in. Beautiful area for enjoying the free breakfast which is also a fine place for enjoying a leisurely evening. The Inn's pool is heated year round, nice. The Inn welcomes pets who are 25 lbs. and under. Less than 4 miles away is Delores Wiggins State Park, the daily fee is inexpensive. The ranger will tell you that your dog is allowed, but can't swim there, However if you go to the boat/kayak rental launch area, with your leashed dog, you can wade in with your dog. Plenty of parking, and an easy walk to the many picnic tables in the treed areas. We enjoyed seeing Dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico and we were told this is a common experience.

At the Inn, there was a cocktail size table with 2 chairs in 2 places, one was just outside our room and the other was inside our rooms. We liked the shelves for our luggage, they are nicer than the usual hotel luggage holder. Also, the refrigerator was larger than the usual hotel size. Nice microwave.

The Inn was easy to find. Best to request a room at the rear of the Inn. Plenty of parking at the Inn.

We enjoyed the hotel employees, they were kind and accommodating. The Inn's price was well worth our...

Highly impressed! Booked with a third-party site with special instructions. Got into the area earlier than expected so I called about early check-in. Thankfully our room was available, so we drove thay way. Jose at the front desk was extremely welcoming and got us checked in very quickly. We got to our room, which was so quant and inviting. I grabbed a shower but noticed the water pressure was very low. As I was getting ready to call the front desk maintenance knocked, letting us know water was shut off due to work next door. Front desk apologized, moved us to an upgraded room and brought the keys. This is not a motel, it is a lush and inviting resort with beautiful landscaping plants and water features. The pool deck is absolutely beautiful with chairs, tables, and loungers. There are three gas grills available for guest use, shuffleboard and several tables with chairs and umbrellas around the property. Breakfast hours didn't work for our stay, but the serving area is a separate building close to the pool. If I could give more star ratings I would. I hope to be back in the area for work and will stay here again! I am sharing the many photos I took during my short stay.

My husband myself and my son ( 3 years old ) stayed here for about 2 weeks and we are sad to say we will not be returning , when we stayed here last year we enjoyed it so much we wanted to come back, but since Jose the assistant manager and the general manager are extremely rude , I have our entire phone calls recorded with both of them and it’s so sad how some people can treat people especially people with young children….they told us they wouldn’t renew our stay because we came down to the front desk frequently ( every other night ) for sheets because our toddler had accidents and we are currently in the potty training phase. I was told at check-in if we needed sheets or towels it wouldn’t be an issue for us to come down to the front desk with our old sheets and towels to get new ones. My husband is in town for work and it was so inconvenient that they wouldn’t renew us but that just proves to us we don’t need to be associated with people like this…. Also why does the assistant manger Jose live on site on the property? Very weird and unprofessional…..we took care of the rooms, we paid, we didn’t bother anyone and they still wouldn’t let us stay. Do better fairways!

I chose this hotel on a whim for an impromptu birthday getaway and was pleasantly surprised by all it had to offer when we arrived. It’s a small property, but it has been designed for maximum enjoyment. Our room was spacious and comfortable and even had an outdoor table with an umbrella for your own outdoor patio experience. There are 3 different outdoor grilling areas on this property, equipped with beautiful quality gas grills and utensils and a plethora of additional outdoor seating and eating areas all over the grounds. There is a shuffleboard court and an enclosed garden pavilion where they host their free continental breakfast. Both are located in the center of the property and accessible by the extensive decks that connect the buildings to the outdoor spaces. It’s definitely a hidden gem in the North Naples area as well as a great value. They should honestly be rated at least a 3 star establishment though, based on our experience during our stay as well as with their staff. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay at the Fairways Inn of Naples and will definitely be back the next time we plan a visit to the area.
