Found inside of an renovated grain mill, you will find a range of flavors and options of sweet Blue Bell ice cream at the Olde Mill Ice Cream Shop. This is a popular ice cream shop in Bonner Springs because of the unique flavors and the fun environment of the old mill. I ordered the Rocky Road flavor and it was packed with delicious peanut butter cup chunks. Love the ice cream and supporting local but it is hard to do when you show up and it is being locked up early. We came on Tuesday at 8:30pm. Google and facebook states open till 9. Then whoever it was locking up had family/friends outside just watching and laughing. We did not appreciate the stares and giggles that we were turned away.

I would have been a little more upset if my kids were younger, but they are old to understand we had to go somewhere else.

I definitely recommend changing the hours on google or at least putting a post out on social media if your going to shut down early that way people don't waste their time...

Very awesome place has lots to provide. has a tasty little ice cream shop in there wonderful barbecue inside and three cool bars a little pool area arcade.
