The food quality is what you'd expect from a McDonald's. You definitely can get that predictable and constant taste here.
The employees are usually very friendly and uplifting in the way they greet the customer.
Here's my problem: getting the food you ordered, the way you ordered.
1/3 of the time, there will be a mistake with the order. (Which is very frustrating when you get an incorrect order in the drive-through especially)
Did you order sweet and sour sauce? Hope you like BBQ sauce instead.
Did you order a chicken sandwich? That's alright- now you've got a cheeseburger.
Did you order Dr Pepper? Hope you also like Coke, cause that's what I got a few weeks ago.
Here's the thing, it's not just that it's inconvenient to take the food back inside. It should be correct before going to the customer.
I have an allergy to onions, I made my food request to avoid onions (and ketchup because onions are in that too). My burgers were labeled that they would not include onions, great! I had to spit out my first bite I took of it once I got home, because they put onions on it anyway.
Thankfully, my allergy is mild- I'll be fine, just a bit painful for the next several days.
I think it'll be quite a while before I forget how frustrated I am with this location, and I'd be willing to eat from here again.
In closing, be prepared to always double-check and confirm EVERY aspect of your order before leaving if you don't...

My latest incident: I drive to the Boonville McDonald for dinner from a nearby town about 15 minutes away. I tell the lady working the drive through I donāt want cheese on my burger. She puts a cheeseburger on the screen anyway. I tell her again I donāt want cheese in my burger and she tells me that there wonāt be any on it. My husband drives up to the window and gets our food then begins driving home. As we pull into our town 15 minutes away I check our food only to find out there is cheese all over my burger and my husbands fries are missing. I then call McDonalds and tell them Iām want a new burger and a refund to pay for the gas I just waisted drive to their restaurant and back. The manager says she canāt give me both either I get a new burger or a refund. I then go back and get my money back on my burger because they would probably mess it up again and get my husbands French fries. As Iām waiting for my money they mess another customers order up and as Iām walking out someone else was bringing their order back....
