A lot is said by the equipment they use..... There's this truck who comes down hunting park ave in Philadelphia at 3 am.... The truck has open headers... The exhaust is broken and has been for months.. The driver drives like a maniac doing like 70 mph in a 25mph zone... The truck is so obnoxiously loud and I'm notifying truck enforcement and he's going to get a bunch of citations...
