Paid 41.40 for a wash out and was told I would be charged extra for the wood that was in the trailer it took less than a 1/2 to clean the trailer at 41.40 ( the workers not the manager were crying about the wood being frozen in the trailer let me give you a hint use the hot water it melts ice duh!)I'd say that's a fair price but then they hit with an extra 7 minutes of cleaning at 4.14 a minute (28.98) for a total of 75.04 with tax what a scam Blue Beacon should be ashamed of themselves. I shouldn't be surprised. I should send them a bill for all the times they missed spots on my truck and trailer. The only way to get a decent wash is to babysit them. If your asked to check something they washed, say YES and go look. Had my truck and trailer washed and engine washed. I was asked if i would like to look at engine i said no, you guys usually do a good job (my fault for not saying yes and checking). I pull out of bay and stop to let water run off and do a quick walk around. Every thing looks ok. So i park and open hood so i can wipe down the hood and i see the the passenger side of engine was not even touch. Driver side was washed. i would rate 0 if possible, People dont waste your money by going there. it was first time wash on my new truck (bobtail only). I tried to complain to team member and the guy tried to lie to me saying it is not included in price that i paid😀. I just showed him rear fifth wheel area where they even did not try to wash up the dirt and mud. After he realized it is not gonna work to lie to me, he told me to back up so that he can rewash rear area. Anyway it was the worst experience of the day especially on your new truck which you waited it to shine with excitement.
