absolute terrible customer service. i ordered delivery and they got my dip wrong, and as anyone i want what i paid for. i called and said that my sauce was made wrong and the lady gave the phone to a manager where he already answered the phone with an attitude. i proceeded to tell him that my dip was made wrong where i ordered marinara and i got a bowl full of cheese. i told him that there was nothing but cheese and grease in what he gave me and he proceeded to tell me that i was looking wrong and there should’ve been alfredo under it yet again i began to say that i ordered marinara and he became very combative. he then said that it would 45 min- to an hour wait until somebody could bring it where i told him i would just come pick it up, but when i got there no more than 25-30 min after the call, there was a car there for delivery. when i walked in no one spoke, no one asked what i needed just ugh. i will never in life come here again. i’ve never had this happen to me. i would give no stars if i could. terrible customer service...

I sat there for 5 minutes before having to call inside to see if anyone was even there to come to the window and bring my order to the window. When I did get my order the bottom of both the pizza box and the wing box were dirty as if there was barbecue sauce slathered all over their counters. Got home and realized that I was only given 10 wings instead of the 16 wings I ordered. I only went to this location out of convenience so I was unable to request the wings be delivered to my house. However I was told I could get $15 off my next order (as if I’m encouraged to order from them again- seeing that this isn’t an isolated even with dominos in this area. The franchise as whole is slowly creeping into the toilet). So I guess I’ll use that $15 credit to order wings to be delivered from a store near me. Thanks...

He answered the phone normally cool, but once I started speaking like I was prompted to it was “Ill need you to hold on a second because I’m with another customer”. Which is fine but YOU answered the phone and instructed ME to speak. Once I told him a previous problem I had he constantly rudely interrupted me before I could get everything out. I told him the last time I ordered there was little to no barbecue sauce on my wings and I was requesting that a little more is added or to have them tossed. “We don’t toss, we don’t have a way to toss”. Okay can I request extra? “Yeah it’ll be an additional $2” Okay awesome, go ahead & add it, I paid online already. “You’ll have to give me your card info again over the phone”.
