5 Stars – Saranac's New Hidden Gem!
I had an absolutely amazing dinner at Dirty Plate Bistro in Saranac, MI! This locally owned spot is bringing bold flavors and a fresh twist to small-town dining. I ordered the fajitas, and everything—from the perfectly grilled steak and chicken to the fresh toppings, warm tortillas, and seasoned rice—was delicious and clearly made with care.

They also offer catering services and even full event space buyouts, which makes it a great choice for special occasions.

Read moreThis place is incredible! I’ve been twice now since it’s been on Fulton street! The chef clearly loves creating amazing dishes he can share with fresh ingredients. This guy deserves to be packed to the brim with a line...

We split the crab cakes which were great and were topped with some of the best remoulade I’ve had.
I had the stuffed quail which was served on a bed of cheesy grits with a sweeter sauce and broccoli. You can tell care went into the dish as the flavors melded perfectly.
My wife got the kimchi grilled cheese, normally a lunch item, which had the perfect ratio of cheese, kimchi, and bread.
Lastly, our server was very nice and attentive (I wish I remembered her name).
REALLY rooting for this place and I’m excited to see what’s next on their...
