A&N Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I will never order here again. I have ordered multiple times in the past without major trouble (although delivery time tends to take longer than it should and it costs 1.50). Today they didn't bother taking a name for my delivery order - they then delivered to the wrong building at my place of employment even though we clearly stated which building and they've been delivering here for YEARS. Somehow, they still managed to mislabel the building our delivery was supposed to go to and obviously didn't bother to verify that someone there had ordered food. By the time we got our food it was cold and soggy.

I wouldn't be as upset if we didn't have major problems with the web ordering system to begin with - we were supposed to get 20% off the first web order because my colleague was signing up for the first time, but when we tried to apply the coupon we got error messages saying it was only valid Mon-Tues (but the welcome email upon registration said 20% off with no fine print stating limitations). Instead, we had to call in and were given a measly $3 off of an over $46 order - which is 6% and NOT what we signed up for. We tried telling the woman who took our order over the phone but she talked over me and would not give me the correct discount amount.

If business was being handled correctly I would return, but this was too many issues one one order that should have been simple. I regret having recommended these guys to so...

UPDATE: September 20, 2025. Pizza wasn't great. Cheese was almost dry, very little tomato sauce, pizza was over cooked. UPDATE: April 25, 2025. Great pizza again! Last night I read some recent reviews and people liked A&N pizza. I decided to give them another try and hoped the pizza is great again. I was not disappointed.

A&N has been our go-to-pizza joint for quite a while since they added the extra large pizza to their menu. I thought they made very good pizza and xlarge size kept us coming back.

Their pizza was nice and cheesy and decent amount of tomato sauce. But something changed recently. Bought 2 xlarge plain pizza yesterday. Pizza was over cooked, cheese was over cooked and pizza lacked tomato sauce. It was dry. Very disappointed.

Not happy with this. Hopefully they read this and fix/change back to the way they made pizza a few months ago or they're going to lose...

The food here used to be so good twenty years ago, unfortunately things have changed. I paid $18.50 plus tax for 7 tiny, sad, previously frozen buffalo tenders that weren't even fully covered in sauce. The fries were ridiculously soggy and employees did the nasty thing where they toss ketchup packets directly on top of the fries and close them into the box, which is grossly unsanitary. I got a Greek wrap that they substituted a wheat wrap, rather than the white wrap I ordered, without checking with me. Sadly, I have an intolerance and had to dump out the ingredients and eat it as a salad. The only thing that was decent was the pizza but employees completely neglected that I asked for extra sauce, so it was somewhat dry. Won't go back here again. Hoping Christ's or West Napoli is still as good as it was...
