No matter how many times I have tried this place. When they first opened I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A random Tuesday night? Ehhhh they are still working out the kinks. Another random weekday? Same thing. Every single time I order from here they are under staffed and forgot a major part of my order. Nevermind the fact that, they tell you 25 minutes and then you end up waiting 1.5 hours for your food. Your only safe bet with them is to stand next to the counter, scream your order at the top of your lungs, wait until everything is cooked and placed in the bag, and then pay. Not to mention, they have the poor girl working the computer handling cash mixing cheese without gloves. The place is disgusting behind the counter. Nobody is washing their hands after they answer a phone or touch money. But more importantly, I’ve paid for about $200 worth of food and never received it. Whoever the person is that opened this place needs to do a serious quality control check. My advice would be to shut down the online ordering for awhile until you can actually handle the volume of orders you’re getting because this just isn’t it. Horrible experience here. In my opinion it’s not worth the money you have to pay to get missing items and regular pizza for $25...

Went the day of their soft opening and they were pretty slammed all things considered. Wait time was a bit longer than anticipated (about 30 mins) but the service was still friendly and efficient.

Atmosphere - I like the openness of the space, but feel they need something to anchor the cafe seating of the room and absorb sound. Otherwise, it’s quite loud with lots of people and moving tables and chairs randomly strewn about.

Food wise - we tried one of their cream sauce pizzas which had a thin crispy crust and lots of flavor. It was good, but I will definitely be back to try their red sauce pizzas and subs next as I think they’ll be even better. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Visit 8/27/24: We ordered the hot honey Sriracha wings extra crispy and the new Sweet Heat Chicken Pizza for takeout. Both super delicious and the pizza reheated well the next day!...

Buyer beware of cold pizza.

Crush creates a 5 star pizza but doesn’t appear to care what temperature the pizza is when customers pick it up.

Tonight I ordered a pizza for pick up through their ordering platform, Toast.

Upon placing the order at approximately 6:45PM, and was informed that the pizza will be ready at 7:35 PM. That’s 50 minutes for a cheese pizza. How can that be?

I guessed that it wouldn’t take them 50 minutes to make a cheese pizza on a rainy Thursday night. So I went early to pick it up. I arrived at 7:15. The pizza was ready and had been ready for some period of time because it was not hot.

My brother runs a restaurant in Boston and uses the same ordering platform, Toast, but lets his customers know - automatically through Toast - when their order is ready.

Good luck with...

"Crush Pizza: Where Your Wallet Gets Crushed, But So Do Your Cravings!” Saw this pizza on Instagram and fell into a deep, cheesy trance. One Google search, a Yelp order (who knew Yelp could do that?), and $40 later (yes, FOR ONE PIZZA), I was committed. Walked in—place is massive, like they’re preparing for a pizza-eating Olympics. Ordered the Pesto, Pepperoni & Vodka Sauce pie. Let me tell you, this thing was a masterpiece. Pesto? Perfect. Pepperoni? CUPPED AND PLENTIFUL. Vodka sauce? Smooth like a jazz musician. And that drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey? Chef’s kiss. Was it $40? Sure. Did I question my life choices? Maybe. But one bite in, and my bank account suddenly felt… justified. Worth it? Absolutely. Now excuse me while I go sell a kidney for my next pie. 🍕💸

Dined in with a friend and this place did not disappoint! I got a sandwich and he got a small pizza. Needless to say, there were no left overs! The pizza was perfectly thin and crispy while having just the right amount of toppings in each bite and the chicken on the sandwich was so juicy!! The open layout of the place is also a nice added touch as you can see them making the pizzas right as you walk in! The service was absolutely incredible and I definitely think this place is going to become one of East Boston’s new hotspots!
