No matter how many times I have tried this place. When they first opened I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A random Tuesday night? Ehhhh they are still working out the kinks. Another random weekday? Same thing. Every single time I order from here they are under staffed and forgot a major part of my order. Nevermind the fact that, they tell you 25 minutes and then you end up waiting 1.5 hours for your food. Your only safe bet with them is to stand next to the counter, scream your order at the top of your lungs, wait until everything is cooked and placed in the bag, and then pay. Not to mention, they have the poor girl working the computer handling cash mixing cheese without gloves. The place is disgusting behind the counter. Nobody is washing their hands after they answer a phone or touch money. But more importantly, I’ve paid for about $200 worth of food and never received it. Whoever the person is that opened this place needs to do a serious quality control check. My advice would be to shut down the online ordering for awhile until you can actually handle the volume of orders you’re getting because this just isn’t it. Horrible experience here. In my opinion it’s not worth the money you have to pay to get missing items and regular pizza for $25...

Atmosphere - I like the openness of the space, but feel they need something to anchor the cafe seating of the room and absorb sound. Otherwise, it’s quite loud with lots of people and moving tables and chairs randomly strewn about.
Food wise - we tried one of their cream sauce pizzas which had a thin crispy crust and lots of flavor. It was good, but I will definitely be back to try their red sauce pizzas and subs next as I think they’ll be even better. Great addition to the neighborhood.
Visit 8/27/24: We ordered the hot honey Sriracha wings extra crispy and the new Sweet Heat Chicken Pizza for takeout. Both super delicious and the pizza reheated well the next day!...

Crush creates a 5 star pizza but doesn’t appear to care what temperature the pizza is when customers pick it up.
Tonight I ordered a pizza for pick up through their ordering platform, Toast.
Upon placing the order at approximately 6:45PM, and was informed that the pizza will be ready at 7:35 PM. That’s 50 minutes for a cheese pizza. How can that be?
I guessed that it wouldn’t take them 50 minutes to make a cheese pizza on a rainy Thursday night. So I went early to pick it up. I arrived at 7:15. The pizza was ready and had been ready for some period of time because it was not hot.
My brother runs a restaurant in Boston and uses the same ordering platform, Toast, but lets his customers know - automatically through Toast - when their order is ready.
Good luck with...
