Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

My deliver driver called me to say he was here, in addition to the notification on my phone stating he was here. When I answered he hung up on me mid conversation, and no one was outside. I called the store after waiting 45 minutes to ask if there was a problem with my order my delivery driver, and he more or less brushes me off. The driver did not answer the phone when I called him back, and the store employee who answered me hung up on me the first time, and the second time just said it's on his way, and won't give me any other details. 2 hours+ and I cant get into contact with anyone who will listen.

This store sometimes gets my orders slightly wrong, like extra pepperoni when I asked for light, or no/light sauce when I asked for extra, or extra cheese when I ask for light, or the order arrives late and its relatively cold. That's not too much of a big deal for me, I understand people make mistakes, and they may just be having a bad day, and I'll eat it regardless. At another dominos store next to my university campus, they even offered me (on the rare occasion they messed up my order) a free replacement, which I was grateful for. But this is the first I did not receive a delivery, the driver hangs up on me after he called me first, does not answer when I call him back, and the store employee just brushes me off.

At least with uber eats, if they make a mistake like this, I get the full refund. At a minimum I am out the delivery fee and the tip I gave, which is about the price of a pizza on a coupon. Even if, miraculously, the store decides to offer anything, it will probably be a free rewards pizza, but I will have to pay the delivery fee on that and tip the driver, so i'm still losing money no matter how this turns out.

TL:DR I am giving this location one star because

at other locations, employees when I explained a wrong order were polite and offered ways to fix it, such as replacing the item completely this is the only location I've had relatively frequent mistakes with my order which I (before now) would not really care about the delivery driver ignored me completely after he called me first, and the store employee brushed me off the first time, and then the second time just told me its coming/would come when I have...

This was my first time ordering from this location and the experience was horrible. I placed my order at 8:45 and realized it was still being prepped an hour later. I decided to call just to check on the status of my order in case the tracker was inaccurate however I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I decided to head to the location (which was 8 minutes away) and remained on the line in case I got through to a store associate. When I arrived there was one person ahead of me and no one on the phones. The store and employees seem very unorganized and there were receipts scattered all over the counter. During my time in the store (almost an hr) about 10 other customers came in to check on their delivery. At one point a woman says she ordered over 3 hours ago and wanted to just do take out instead as it was her son’s birthday. While she was waiting for the employee to check on her delivery they found out the driver just left with her order… as if she hasn’t been in the store for over an hour waiting. The employee at the register was making an attempt to call the driver back as he had just left but the supervisor (I’m assuming) advised him not to because “it’s called delivery for a reason”. The nice gentleman at the register ended up giving this woman food from the shelf that was unaccounted for and refunded her. After 10:30pm I was finally being helped and he assured me that my order was next. I finally received my order at 11:00pm. All I ordered was two 8 piece wings and garlic knots.

This establishment is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service. The phone rang quite a few times while I was in the store and many customers noted the lack of urgency or response to the phone lines. Many customers left empty handed because of the additional wait to receive their order or because the store couldn’t locate their order.

Chicken jalapeno pinapple bites Intake a bite tastes kinda funky. Sour. Spoiled. Off. I smell it. Little sour little weird. Maybe its the pinapples and jalapenos kixing? Nah the cheese is bad. Its very sour and foul smelling and tastes aweful.

They sent my food, mind you pasta chicken bites and salad without a single fork and the salad was wrong-u only serve 2 salads!

And the whole point of the salad is to cut the heaviness of this meal and alternate bites. So now by the time it gets back food will be cold. They are fixing the salad but it doesnt matter.

Pasta is cold and while typing this they brought back the order and offered a soda for the eff up i said sure can i grab a sprite? What do they bring. Fanta. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ Throwing the chicken bites away and the fanta. Crushing the salad and pasta. Never ordering here again and i literally have free coupons and promos and rewards points.
