Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

I would like to place a formal complaint for the manager Luana. I was trying to place an order for my mother of a Medium French Vanilla Iced Latte no whole milk just cream (as I have done in every other Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to). Luana told me she could not do that and I told her that is exactly how I order at every other location. Luana then lied to us and told us they did not have creamer. After we finished placing our order we then asked Kevin if they had creamer because my mother cannot have whole milk so we would prefer to have cream (as in every other location we have been to) and Kevin told us yes so my mother requested the creamer. Luana heard when we asked Kevin about the creamer instead of whole milk and she called him over and (speaking in spanish, which we do understand) we over heard her threatening that if he made the drink he would be getting in trouble. Kevin did seem a bit shaken up by Luana and her nasty attitude towards him, Kevin came to us and apologized explaining to us he would not be able to make the drink. This used to be a really great Dunkin Donuts. Back in the day they had a wide variety of donuts available all day and night with hot fresh donuts coming out of the back room all day long. Those days are long long gone. This is now a very average Dunkin Donuts. Gone are the late night donut runs. Most nights they close around 9pm. Gone are the hot fresh donuts. Now they host a limited selection of donuts sitting on their display racks. It has been years since I saw a fresh hot tray of donuts being brought out from the back. The donuts have the same taste profiles and freshness qualities as the the donuts in the "bakery" case of my local 7eleven. It is sad. What was once a 24hr donut bakery is now a daytime coffee stop. Sure, from 4am to 9pm I can stop for my trusty Dunkin coffee run but it's days of charm and exceptional donut experience are gone. Three stars for reliability but no extra stars for any superior...

The service was great. There was young lady working after 8p so if you've been to a Dunkins after a certain tine of day, what you see (left of pastries) is what (you can) get. I wanted a Glazed stick but there were only Glazed donuts. The Glazed was the last one too. I wanted to wash my hand before getting the donut. She kindly let me into the bathroom and when I came out to buy the donut, she had alredy put aside in a bag for me. The bathroom the cldan, the store was clean and unlike some other busy Dunkin Donut spots, their trash bin was not over-flowing. There is nothing negetive I could say or saw weo3ng about "this" particular location, worker or experience; 5 stars across the board. My only regret is that I had little money on me. I had to count quarters reserved for parking (or tire machine) to pay for my order so I could not tip her...that...was my...
