I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo dealership, and I wanted to take a moment to share my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by two outstanding individuals – James, my Salesman, and Patrick, the Business Manager.
From the moment I walked onto the lot, James made me feel welcome and comfortable. His warm, easy-going and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. As an older woman buying a car by herself for the first time, I had anxiety about the process, even after my extensive research. There was no need.
I was impressed by James' extensive knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. What truly stood out was the low-pressure approach he took throughout the entire process. James wasn't just focused on making a sale; he was genuinely invested in meeting my needs and preferences.
James patiently answered all of my questions, provided valuable insights, and allowed me the time and space to make informed decisions without any pushiness. His professionalism and honesty created an atmosphere that made the car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciated the transparent and straightforward manner in which he conducted business. And when I asked him to "sharpen his pencil" he did so with a price that was exactly in the range I wanted to spend, based upon my prior research!
Moving on to Patrick, the Business Manager, a "high pressure back room" is almost a cliche in the new car buying business, and I was on guard, expecting the worst. However, here also I was equally impressed.
Patrick's dedication to ensuring a smooth and transparent financing process was evident from the start. His honesty and integrity shone through, making me feel confident in the choices I was making and the dealership I chose.

They advised me every step of the way taking into account my personal goals and finances, provided updates, and ultimately completed a very difficult maintenance job under difficult circumstances given part shortages and the auto workers strike.
I can not be more satisfied with the outcome of my vehicle, it runs better than ever and and the interior and exterior detail at pickup was icing on the cake. I can not be more pleased from start to finish with my experience at Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo and thank them for their genuine kindness and consideration to my unfortunate situation, but more importantly got the job done as promised. I would like to thank Joshua and the service department for such a tremendous job they did with the service of my 2018 Alfa Romeo Guilia. I was having a lingering tricky electrical problem and unfortunately had to take it in multiple times and instead of dismissing my complaint or getting frustrated with my multiple appearances they went the extra effort to diagnose the problem but also test, re-test, and re-re-test to make sure my car was ready to get back on the road and have not had a problem since.
They told me there hasn't been a car they haven't been able to fix, and I am so relieved they were right, but the over-the-top class and professionalism Joshua and the entire service department displayed during some very busy service weeks is what will keep me coming...
Read moreI recently had my Alfa Romeo Stelvio serviced at Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo and I had such a great experience. The engine lights on my car had been periodically coming on for over a year. I previously went to another dealership and was told maybe the car needed a new computer but otherwise there was nothing to fix. I brought the car to Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo about a month ago and they looked into the issue. They took extra time on my car and learned the car actually needed a new engine. I cannot express how grateful I am that they took the extra time to determine this, especially with my warranty being up within a few months.
Corryn was absolutely fantastic to work with. She kept me updated and continuously reassured me that they would get to the bottom of the issue and make sure the car was safe to drive. This was especially important for me as I am expecting my first child any day now.
Thomas at Alfa Customer Care was also fantastic to work with. He kept me updated each week on the status and helped me with getting set up with a rental car.
My car was delivered to me yesterday and before the baby came. The service here was absolutely exceptional.
