I really wish I found this place months ago when I started looking for vehicles. This dealership has some of the most diverse luxury and high end vehicles and had 3 that were on my list to test drive. Unfortunately, I didn't find this place until later and lived in southern CT. Back in Jan. I purchased a '24 C43 and although, it' was nice, it just didn't have the features that I wanted.

I started looking around and was trying to work with another dealership in NJ on a Magno Grey '24 C43 that they had. The dealership was giving me the run around on numbers, they didn't have it and then they had it, and after a week and a half I walked away (not that they noticed). Ironically, the very next day, I found the exact C43 I wanted from this dealership and it was even nicer!

I emailed my interest after close and called later on the next day. Within a few hours, we were able to work out numbers, I sent in photos of my C43 and got (what we deemed) an offer we couldn't refuse. Not only that, but I was treated with kindness on the phone, I didn't receive any run around and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I wasn't treated with any high pressure sales tactics. I was assured, as long as my financing came thru, I was first to get the vehicle and to not stress about it.

The best part, they have a "runner" who brings the car to a local CT DMV and will register it for you! All we had to do was drive the trade to the dmv, he swapped the plates and keys and BOOM. This car is a stunner. It may not be a 400k car but its priceless for me (cheesy I know).

Overall, if it's not obvious, I highly recommend. This dealership treated me like I was their only customer and was transparent about all the pricing. Even the runner stated, they really do treat everyone like VIPs.

I’ve had privilege having some very nice cars for years Mercedes,Range Rover,Porsche, Lincoln,Cadillac, ect..ect. All their dealerships have honestly been painless and at times very pleasant to say the least currently I have a Maserati and a Ferrari I don’t care who you are. I think anyone could kill a few hours at Ferrari dealership just admiring the cars.but I’ve never had a dealership treat me with such respect and offer such a pleasurable experience, my Service Adviser Giovanni is second to none and I cannot stress that enough It’s not uncommon for me to find a quiet spot and take a nap while I’m waiting usually so it’s tapping on my shoulder telling me I’m snoring and disrupting the other customers, now fast-forward at Maserati, I wake up to a guy laughing in front of me. I said what’s so funny you’re snoring. So I looked over to Salesman and said why didn’t you wake up? You look tired I thought I’d let you sleep. That moment, right there I knew I was somewhere different. None of that snooty stuck up attitudes They’re real people down to earth to mention they have some real car guys there people who know what they’re talking about and love what they do I have no reason to lie exaggerate or waste my time typing this doing it for the reason that is the truth and I wish I had known sooner myself. I would’ve been ready years ago. Better late than never maybe this will save someone the time I’ve wasted again I’m not putting the other brands down in the slightest. After a knee surgery driving standard was becoming a problem. I began looking at vehicles in Spring 2024 after coming to terms with ditching a clutch, and couldn’t seem to find an automatic vehicle that made me feel the need to move on. After cross shopping some preowned MB AMGs, Volvo Polestars, Ford Raptors, and looking at other performance oriented vehicles, I found myself on the lot of Boston MS Alfa Romeo in November 2024 looking at a preowned mint condition 2023 Audi RS3. Having just tested an RS6 a week prior, I was familiar with the Audi design but felt the RS6 was too big of a vehicle for my needs. Also it was about $30k outside of my preferred price range.

Initially I felt out of place as the dealer lot had exclusively high end luxury performance vehicles. But that did not deter the warm welcome I received from staff as I entered the showroom. Asia was able to easily schedule me in, and the dealer team made me feel right at home. Asia was kind enough to offer me coffee and water, and took time to see whether the particular RS3 was a good choice based on my needs. She allowed me (and trusted me) to test drive the car without any hassle. Initially I was on the fence of letting my car go, but Asia’s up front and cool demeanor (and the car itself!) was enough for me to let go. I live in Maine so the car needed to be transported and registered in person, and that happened seamlessly.
