Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

Consistent location with food & drinks but the management should really train the Greek or Albanian lady with the long dark hair & big nose. She always has a scowl on her face & a very, very bad attitude. A couple weeks ago I visited & ordered my usual (large ice macchiato with oatmilk.) I took a sip in my car & immediately realized it tasted rotten. I went in & told a different employee who gave me no grief & she butted in asking "what's wrong with it?" I explained the milk tasted off & she went ahead & remade it with the SAME source of oatmilk. Needless to say the second one tasted rotten too. She got visibly angry & began talking to coworkers in her native language. I told her I'd have my drink with almond milk instead. As she angrily made it she had the nerve to say to me "maybe you don't like oatmilk!" I replied back that I love oatmilk & she should know since I order the same thing almost everyday & she takes the order. Many customers witnessed this entire interaction & it was disgusting! Shame on her for being a nasty person. Every other employee there is pleasant. Management should really take note & address it. I'm not the only person...

Horiffic customer service. I ordered through the app and upon picking up my order, they did not have something that I paid for. When I asked for a refund, they told me to come back tomorrow and wouldn’t listen when i told them i was on my way out of town and would not be able to come back tomorrow. At that point the employee LITERALLY shrugged and said she couldn’t do anything about it then. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager and make sure they are aware that their employees have horrific service and went about this issue in such an inappropriate way. Maybe they couldn’t open the register and remove money without a manger but offered no solution otherwise. No offer of a gift card for the amount i paid and apparently even unable to take it from their tip jar and have their manager reimburse them the following day when they said they would be working again anyway....

The young woman was definitely a racist I had stood in line behind person then moved to next register there was three young women there instead of saying miss one line open come I'll help you, she took customer behind me instead. I went to get ice coffee after traveling down road from Boston and two of the beach towels I hadn't seen in Boston I was so upset put towels down and exit store. My friend who lives in Florida that loves Dunkin Donuts I was going to surprise him with one to bring back to Florida and one for myself for the beach. Never again visiting that location and definitely would tell people not to venture to that establishment. We are all...
