I had been going to Theodore for years. I liked his work. However, he was slow about preparing my jewelry, and I had to wait for two weeks are better to get back my jewelry. Lastly, he told me that it will be ready in the pm, I showed up, he swore at me, walked away, I had to wait another week on him. He can be very rude especially towards me. Wish I could give zero stars. My friend brought a ring here to be fixed about a week ago. She went to pick it up yesterday and they no longer had it. The owner claimed her sister picked it up, but she does not have a sister. He offered no apology or compensation and rambled on about how he’s never lost any jewelry before, as if it wasn’t his fault. Very inexpensive, excellent service. Owner operated, Theodore. replaced my spring pin for my watch band on the spot, as he was working on a piece of jewelry. $3 total, part and labor. I gave him more as he was SO much better at both service and pricing than the insanely over priced, nearby Boston Watch Clock & Jewelry Repair who try to talk you into expensive watch cleanings and pressure tests for waterproof watch battery replacements.
