Marino's Market & Deli — Restaurant in Boston

I was left horrified by my experience in here. I will never again set foot in this establishment again. Looks, my friends, can be extremely deceiving. It was a friendly environment, the staff was quite nice. A friend and I ordered deli sandwiches each costing us about $8. We paid called it a day, went home and as we sat to eat our meal my friend upon taking the first bite of her sandwich throws it across the room and screams “what the ** is that!!?!” I was so shaken by her negative response to her sandwich while enjoying the first bite of mine that I failed to look at what she was pointing at. There on the side of her sandwich was an insect with wings, legs and antennas. I screamed in horror and I too threw my Italian sub across in fear of ingesting any insects. Ordered beer through drizzly and they sent the wrong beer. When I called to ask about it they said they didn’t have what I ordered so they picked a different one. If I didn’t want it I should have cancelled, just one catch they never reached out to me. So I’m stuck with beer I do not want and attitude from them claiming it’s my fault they decided to pick a random beer instead of letting me know it was out of stock. Ridiculous how they have Polar Spring water bottle for 1.69.. and then next to it the off brand water bottle.. the cheaper water bottle you would assume.. I go to the counter with 2 simple water bottles of "Pure Life" water brand .. and I end up giving a 5 bill and getting $1 with like 45cents in change. Price is ridiculous....
