From the moment we sat ourselves, we were approached by our server, MANEULA who didnât even say hello, but proceeded to be extremely rude. Her first words were, âkitchen closes in 15 minutes so order now.â (It was 10:51pm which is understandable) She was not professional in the least. After we placed our order and our food came - which was amazing - one of our guestsâ entrees was missing. We called over MANUELA and asked her when my friends entree was going to come. She told us that we didnât order anything else and began to argue. I reminded her that my friend was practicing his Spanish and had ordered a âbandeja paisaâ I even applauded him in front of her and I repeated it back because maybe she didnât understand his American accent. She never apologized or even tried to substitute the issue with anything, she just told us itâs too late and the kitchen is closed. We were visibly upset and so after a few minutes she said she will go ask the kitchen. She came back and said that the kitchen said no. Our friend was just staring at us eat so we had to give them our food because we felt so bad. She never refilled our waters also, which makes us believe she didnât care. And as weâre exiting the restaurant, she blocks my friend from leaving by pushing a chair right in front of her, and then blamed my friend and told her to âbe careful.â Never once did she take accountability, apologize, or even be nice or say thank you; she never tried to rectify the situation (offer my friend sides or something that doesnât need to be cooked, like rice and beans) My friend hyped up the restaurant and said that it was really good but the experience was so poor. A different server cashed us out because our server was just hanging around for 10-15 minutes after we finished our food. That server was so sweet. We are all working in the restaurant industry and one of us is a restaurant manager and we were so embarrassed to know that there are servers like this that exist. So unprofessional I donât even have words. We would appreciate it if the manager would reach out to us.
5/5 for food but the service made us feel really bad and that it wasnât worth coming here after a long day at work.

   Read moreWent on Halloween night and it was busy so we didnât expect much for a service. Food came on decent time. My pork ribs looked like they boiled it (not grill)and top with Costco BBQ sauce. Didnât look appetizing. Ended up by gave half to my boyfriend (his steak was not well seasoned too).
By the time we ate half of our plates most of the tables were already left but none of the servers came to check on us. Not even asked if my boyfriend wanted a second beer. They were busy talking to the regular customers (I can tell) around our table.
Been waiting 15-20 mins after our plates empty to order dessert. I almost had to stand up and wave at the server to get their attention cos when they done talking with their regular they just been behind the bar.
Dessert took really long time and at the end we found out the server forgot to ring it in and they kept saying itâs on the way and not letting me cancel it (which Iâm totally fine with that).
We live around the neighborhood for 10 years and like to try new restaurants. Been to so many places in this area but none treated us like this.
For the regulars, well congratulations you get good place to eat. But if you want to go try for the first time be careful to end up like me. Still canât decide they kept ignoring me the whole service was because either Iâm the only Asian in the restaurant or I donât speak...
   Read moreDo not order through any food delivery app from this place. They literally have sent food without utensils. I even put it in the notes, as if I would even have to but yes I did. Imagine being in a situation that you are really going to need them and they are not included. The most essential item to be included in your order missing. Once that happens, good luck getting your money back through Uber or GrubHub. What good is the food if you cant eat it? Your response is ridiculous and full of ego. And the fact that you mention my tipping goes to show it. I did tip, the driver. What tip are you talking about? Instead of responding to my review so defensive talk to your employees to ensure they are doing their job right. If you go through other 1 star reviews they complain about the same thing...problems with delivery. No utensils! You love the great reviews, take the good with the bad....
