Yely's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Boston

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. First, they sent me only part of my order through Grubhub, which was incredibly disappointing. When I called to inquire, I was shocked by how I was treated. The woman on the phone laughed and hung up on me, and when I tried again an hour later, another staff membe, a man, actually mocked my concern to a colleague, and both laughed before hanging up again. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, the food I did receive was over-salted and overwhelmingly seasoned, making it nearly inedible. After all the time, frustration, and back-and-forth with support, the quality simply wasn’t worth it.

I’m still working with Grubhub to resolve this, but I sincerely hope they take note of this business’s behavior. Restaurants that treat customers this way and deliver subpar food do not deserve to thrive.

Avoid this place...

This place is authentic Dominican food. I been to several DR restaurant and this is my go to for 3 reasons:portions ,price and flavor. I have tried the beef pastelito and the chicken 10/10. I always get the rice with pigeon peas, the fried pork belly and sweet plantain. They give generous amounts and the food is always fresh hot and delicious. I literally drive into Boston to come here on Saturday late mornings/early afternoons to get the pastelito. Even the selection of beverages are delish! Jelly restaurant usted to be good. I have good memories getting a order of fritura and it was good. Not anymore. The last two times I've been there has been disappointing. I would not go there anymore. and I don't recommend neither the fried beef or chicharones, tostones were cold. My friend and I. we both got chicharrones yesterday and I was pretty disappointed; what I got was a lot of grease that I couldn't even eat. just a couple pieces that were eatable the rest I put it on the trash.
