I’m giving 2 stars because my fries were hot and not soggy, otherwise it would have been 1 star. It took me 25 minutes to get my food, even though I watched my fries sit in the heater for 15 of those minutes. The store inside is disgusting. 1 very petite girl and 3 guys. The girl seemed to be on charge and was teaching 1 of the guys how to cook the burgers. One guy was cleaning the shake machine, answering phones, and taking orders. 1 guy was on fries. The girl took my order at 5:56pm. I did not get it until 6:17pm. The Cajun fries needed more seasoning. The coke almost tasted flat but not really, it was weird and gross. Dumped out my cherry coke, tried regular coke, still gross, then tried raspberry tea…. Was okay. My burger didn’t end up having all of the toppings I asked for. I was disappointed in presentation of the burger, my cheese was totally melted off of the burger. Not much was left on the burger. You’ll see in the pictures that the expectation for fries isn’t what it used to be. Read moreI used to love this place but the last few months it's gone way down hill the staff doesn't seem to care about getting orders out in a timely matter or even getting one order correct in that matter. The dark haired female cashier is outstanding she's very caring and understanding the other girl with the light hair has the attitude that she knows it all and will do as she pleases. The light haired girl was doing milkshakes and after about 15 minutes or more of waiting she's calling numbers goes 80,83,90 so I walk up and say I'm 84 did you call mine she looks at me and says no I called 80,83,90 so I ask why mine was skipped she says oh I thought someone else already made it! Ok yeah no you didn't! you just went in numerical order I see 2 tickets and cups sitting there which were mine so then a couple walks in she doesn't make my shakes.so they finally call my order I tell them we still haven't gotten my shakes so the dark haired female made them fast and gave us an extra for the trouble. Read moreI placed an order for $53 online a few weeks ago and accidentally chose pick up when I wanted delivery. I immediately called the store to change it to delivery but they said they couldn’t change it so I had to cancel it and reorder. No big deal - I said okay, please cancel my order, and then went online to reorder for delivery. The food was fine and the delivery was fine. The reason I’m giving 1 star (which would be 0 if allowed) is because they never refunded my cancelled purchase. I tried calling their store numerous times over the next week but literally NO ONE answer - ever! So then I called the next closest location and asked if they knew anything about why I could never get anyone to answer the phone at the Bothell store and they didn’t know. I explained my situation to then and they said they would contact their district manager to see if they could help, but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard from anyone about it.
