I only had tacobell a few times in the last few years, never had i experience a rude and over all unpleasant customer service towards minority’s or just anyone in general. I was picking up a mobile order for my girlfriend, I stood at the counter desk as they passed and looked at me, ignoring me. I had to call one of them over and I told him that I have a mobile order pick up he said okay and walked off, not checking in the order. Then a customer named Hassan asked the employee if he could order at front desk because he did not know how to use the kiosk, the employee then replied saying “I can't help you my screen is full of orders and the coworkers are busy,” I then as a customer decided to help Hassan on the kiosk but he only had cash so I showed him how to use it. Then went back up to the service desk with Hassan to help him pay. A different employee came up to help and he was way better then the first employee more respectful and patient. He helped us out with Hassan order. I can tell the employee was from Chick-fil-A kept saying my pleasure -there is nothing wrong with that just thought it was good service. He seemed to be new since he didn't know much of what he was doing, he called over the manager which he was on his phone watching the employees work. He showed how to work the register which means he didn't get trained properly. After Hassan completed paying, I told the same employee that I'm here to pick up a mobile order and he checked it in as the first employee did not enter in anything for ready to pick up. I would say overall cleanliness was great but the friendliness and order experience was the worst I've...

I’m not even going to mention the number of times they’ve messed up on orders at this time, but what I will say is this establishment in general does not care about the quality of food they output or customers one bit. This place needs to be shut down.
Went in the other day and ordered a deluxe meal along with my wife’s food items. Came home to find out two items were missing from my meal in specific. Drove 10 minutes back and waited another 5-10 minutes in the drive through line to get everything resolved. After explaining the situation, I get greeted by one of the workers stating that she’s certain she put everything in there and that I’m lying. After some brief interactions behind the closed drive through door, the worker comes out and says that “the manager said we can give you a refund but we’re not making the food”. I literally drove there just to get the food I paid for. Even asking if I can order the food after I get my refund, the denied making it for me. Then speaking with the manager, he came in and told me to tap my card so I can get a refund and after doing so, didn’t want to hear anything I had to say because “two people said that they witnessed the missing items placed in the bag.” Then to find out, he refunded the wrong item and after asking questions on what just happened, he straight up left. Completely walked away and told his employee to tell me that I had to leave. All I wanted was the food that was missing. They refunded me less than what I paid and pretty much stole money from me. This experience will forever make me never go to Taco Bell ever again.
Don’t give this place...
Read moreI give this one star because there is nothing lower. due to cancer treatment, my husband speaks with an electronic device that frankly makes him sound like a robot. When he approached the counter and spoke to our daughter, the girl at the counter laughed, (there was no one else around) everytime he spoke, she laughed. my daughter asked her to "please dont laugh at my dad" she gave no response. she made a mistake on the order, and manager came and fixed it, again laughing everytime he spoke!. I attempted to call later to confirm the employees name that was on the reciept, and acquire the district managers contact info. The person answering identified herself as shift manager. refused to give her name, when I asked if for the name of the girl working at the counter her response was "oh my god she wasnt laughing at him" She refused to tell us saying "these are MY employees and I wont tell you who they are" then hung up on me. I attempted to call back 3 more times, they just picked up the line and hung it up. In all honesty, who knows REALLY what she was laughing at, my husband? maybe. some back room shenanigans? maybe. BUT he pointed out that he felt she was laughing at him. seemed that way for sure. He told me" I could not even look at her, she made me feel like a freak" The fact that he pointed out how she made him feel and did nothing to dispute that she was ridiculing him, the fact that the "manager" did not step in and own a possible issue, but take part in the disgraceful behavior sure does point to his feelings being spot on. take away. Dont go to Canyon Park Taco Bell if you have...
