We tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago. We had the mushroom steak and cheese and the meatball parmesan subs, large. They were $13.00 each. They were great, meaty and delicious. We ordered the same exact thing today and both were terrible. My sub had 4 measly meatballs in it. There was a lot of empty space in the sub. The meatballs were mealy and tasteless, the sauce was watery so the bread collapsed and was soggy. The roll was tasteless. At least I got a lot of cheese. I didn’t eat the sub. Too gross. My husband’s cheesesteak had half the meat, mushrooms and cheese as the last time. He didn’t bother finishing his either. Never going back.

Sandwich shop in a strip mall by Safeway with tasty hot and cold subs. I opted for the grilled Italian and it was delicious. Though I will say the hot oil was HOT! I think I've just become more of a spice wuss as I've gotten older. Go for the bigger subs (11 inch I think?) Totally worth it. Also get the crab fries but remember to order the dipping sauce. Counter ordering with to go and dine in options. Ample parking lot parking.

I’m willing to admit I may have ordered outside this establishments wheelhouse and let me state upfront that the order was processed timely. Ordered the chicken parm and the chicken was burnt and very overcooked. Dry despite being coated in sauce. Also, despite the menu saying it was chicken cutlets these seem a lot like chicken tenders. I’d steer clear of this menu item

I wasn't going to write a review, but maybe they could use some constructive criticism. I went there for the first time last week. Ordered, paid, received the sandwich a few minutes later. It looked amazing, I even took a pic. But after taking a picture and having it up to my mouth to take a bite, I was informed that they had given me the wrong order. So I walked back up to the counter and grabbed the correct one and asked, "Do I get to save this other one for later?" The guy said, "Sure." So I went back to my table stoked that I had two amazing looking sandwiches. Only to have that guy come to my table a few minutes later to tell me I had to give that other sandwich back. I asked him if he's just going to throw it away. He didn't answer, just walked off with it. I don't know, am I wrong for thinking that's messed up? I can see why a lot of these reviews are about the service. They messed up, gave me a sandwich, and then took it back. In all fairness, the other sandwich was delicious. However, I just think whichever manager told that guy to go to my table and take that sandwich back after I had it my hands, breathed all over it, and had it an inch from my mouth, well, their attitude sucks. It just felt petty...

I keep going back to this place because I want my next experience to be better than the last but I keep getting disappointed. I usually order the same thing which is a philly cheese steak with peppers and onions. The flavors always meld together really well and it’s always very tasty. Even the bread is fresh and just right. My only complaint is that there is never enough meat. It’s almost laughable how little they put in. I’d be embarrassed if I was the business owner and saw what portions they are giving people. And for the price of about $13 for the regular size, a small drink and chips is still about $2 too high. Maybe if they stuffed it like they should with meat, $11 would be a market price but it’s ridiculous what they charge, especially for what you get. I realize that Boulder rents are super high but I’m not sure how sustainable this business is before they lose their customer base. I guess they have a great location, I just wish the portions and pricing...

I'll update and change this later if needed.

My girlfriend got out of the hospital today and all she wanted was a sandwich from here. It was around 2pm on a Tuesday. She called 20 minutes early to put in her order and I went in to get it and they had completely forgotten about it. I asked how long and she said "5 minutes or so, is that ok?" and I said "Well my girlfriend just got out of the hospital and is sitting in the car by herself and we ordered ahead 20 minutes ago, but I'll wait." I would have left it at that, but...

When I paid and left no tip, the girl has a sour look on her face and walked by the other lady working there and the lady said "What's wrong?" and the girl mouthed "no tip". And? You think I should give you a tip for forgetting my order and while my ill girlfriend is sitting out in the car all alone? A tip is a gratuity for doing a great job, not...
