So so disappointed with my service. I came in for a sandwich... I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich. They repeatedly were messing up order after order. They dropped a sandwich on the floor and proceeded to hand it to the customer!! I then got my sandwich and could not even fathom to eat it. The bread was so hard and it was so dry that I had 2 bites and ended up going to buy a salad from another place for lunch as it was so horrible. I then called them and after asking to speak to the manager the first time the gentleman told me they had all gone home and hung up on me. This star is for the 2 faced owner. She has made multiple mistakes with my orders in the past which I never said anything until I decided too many mistakes is enough and I asked her to fix when I came back for another order. She argued with me that she doesn't make mistakes. It got to a point that I gave up because she doesn't want to listen. I turned around, and gave the sandwich back and she THREW the sandwich at me.
So imagine this, I've been coming here for a year, didn't say anything when they make mistakes and the 1 time I asked them to fix something, this is the treatment I got. Fitting throwback for a trip back home, but this eggy sojourner has meet a lotta morning sandies since and wonders if it will still hittt.
Well, fear not, food consumer, this one has tried survived and thrived eating Kongs young, who remains soft, filling ,and supple. Love a soft bread, with the hashbrowns adding more feeling and complexity to the common man’s edible. Egg ratio was the perfect amount to the other filling and bread. And surprisingly the classic cheese de americano feels right at home as it swirls within every bite.
