I gave them a one because of a few reasons. First was that my girlfriend spotted flies near the restroom. If theres flies near the restroom, we have to hope they aren't landing on the donuts (Dunkin Donuts is part of the store). Customer service left some to be desired as there was already a scoop of the ice cream flavor we wanted scooped out. We asked for a fresh scoop, but the employee ignored us and proceeded to give us the scoop we didnt want anyway. Worst of all about this Baskin Robbins was that the ice cream was freezer burned. Their ice cream flavors were off and there were ice chunks in the scoop of ice cream. I would drive a little further in hope of a...
