Starbucks — Restaurant in Bountiful

I ordered a sugar cookie Frappuccino today, I made the mistake of not completely checking to see if the drink was correct until I reached my office this is when I discovered it was made wrong. So I did not drink any of it. I let it sit there and to my surprise the rumor of the ounces you pay for is not what you get. Seems to be correct As you can see in the picture the volume of the drink is below the black line. This drink has not been touched or drank at all I simply set it on counter and allowed all the whip cream and liquid to settle after an hour this is what I got.so the amount of ounces I paid for is not what I get the 20 oz in the long run is barley the same amount as a small. So lesson I learned today save money don’t buy the biggest one buy the small because you will save money and getting the same amount of product. Let’s just say I’m am not happy how companies try to rip off consumers and make us believe we are getting more than what we get at first it looks like it’s all full but when every thing settles this is...

I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but this last experience was honestly disappointing. When I politely asked the barista to take the ice out of my drink, she acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. I even apologized and said sorry, but she still gave me such a dismissive look and didn’t respond at all. Her attitude made me feel really uncomfortable, almost like I was being an inconvenience for simply requesting a minor change. I get that people have off days, but as a paying customer, I’d hope for at least a bit of courtesy. Not the warm, friendly Starbucks vibe I’m used to.

I’m writing this because I myself know that this is an annoying request, but the fact that she responded in such a rude way is totally unacceptable. Mind you, I hadn’t taken a sip out of the drink- I didn’t even ask her to remake the drink....

I get groceries at smiths all the time! Coffee is a huge highlight of my day. No other place has ever taken the time to figure out what I would actually like considering they have so many options...highly caffinated, non caffinated dairy, non dairy. You can pretty mu h build your own drink and the baristas will ask you alot of questions to make sure you have a high quality beverage and experienceiv. Personally been with coffee for several years and onei know that one tiny mess up can make a hige difderence intast for your beverage. They always make it right . the time iv been coming here when i dont have time myself they are wuick and efficient. If they make an honest mistake they will always make it right. Great staff here i wont be getting my coffee elsewhere...
