My family and I were traveling and stopped at this location for dinner. (Bowling Green KY) My daughter asked what were the $5 menu options. The lady Gave her a little menu. And it was very uncleat what was what .... She ordered a tender/ham n cheese sandwich meal., Well the food came out, all but hers, then about 15 min later she got hers. Well partially! She got tenders and a slider and her drink. No cookie and no BBQ sauce as requested ( which was on the receipt) instead got 2 ranch n a honey mustard. Eww told her the order was wrong she acted like we inconviened her. Instead of just getting her a sandwich for the misunderstanding like someone in customer service should have, I've worked as waitress/batender for 25 yrs, to make customer happy. She made sure we knew it inconviened her. Told us that wasn't a meal it was not on menu right. SO she ignored that issue then charged for the BBQ sauce even tho it came w meak@l and thats what are ordered n was on receipt then I went up and asked for our money back on sauces and gave back the wrong ones. Then finally we noticed we had 2 separate receipts and the one for her food was someone else's order all together. So my Bf went up the register and on way up my son an I could see her and hear her say o"oh my God" !!!!! like we're. Such a HASTLE ! She was very unprofessional and rude . She blamed coworker for pulling wrong order which may be true but she should have read order back to us in it's entirety. Not 3 meals and 2 roast beefs. She should've double checked meal. He told us he'd bring ham n cheese out and never did. Just all and all bad experience!!! Never would I recommend this location. Could understand mistake but we were only guests there. She didn't so much as offer an apology to us let alone fix it. Never go back...
Read moreThe staff member helping us was extremely rude and dismissive. When we came in the place was empty and the boy behind the counter was talking with a friend, we stood there many minutes while he finished his conversation then placed our order. He walked away without giving us our drink cups and when we asked for them he gave us an annoyed look before placing one cup at a time on the counter. When our food came out he handed us our burgers over the back of the bench and we had to ask him where our fries were, at which point he gave us a hard stare and held his hands out for the baskets he'd just handed us. We asked him to just please bring our fries and he moped back behind the counter, five minutes later he arrived behind our booth again and handed the fries over the back of us one handed fingers inside the containers. To that young man, there are many people who are looking for work and would be happy to take pride in the job they are doing so that they can pay their bills and feed their children. If the job, or the very idea of actually working doesn't appeal to you then you should do everyone a favor and quit so that someone who wants to work has the...
Read moreFrustrated that the dining room was closed (probably due to the recent spike in flu cases). I'm so tired of the fear mongering perpetrated in the media and the overreacting seen in public shopping. Whether justified or not, some businesses are exploiting these health concerns as reasons to drastically alter their hours of operation, company policies, and labor needs to suit their profit needs -- further adding to the country's inflation and unemployment issues. Our economy is never going to recover if this is what's going to happen every time someone gets sick. I wished business owners and those in leadership roles within the community would think critically and learn to "see" past the "public safety" smoke screen and realize it's just about ratings, agendas, and...
